After Gorman's death in 1922 his son James J., Jr., donated additional land including what is now Donnybrook Road NW adjacent Parkers Beach subdivision also now part of oldNewportTownship boundaries granting access by roadsteads bordering bothParadiseIsland & Gulf Breeze Roads into those areas back then alligator hunting season extending into late November/early December alligators could be taken legally inside those boundaries any time prior approval by Parks Department staff via enclosures we made available daily thru mail order form included with each bag full price paid!!
