Today, binos continue being used by astronomers all over the world for research and monitoring purposes; they are even being used by law enforcement officers as part of their investigations!

There are also frequent bus rides to Broward County's other towns and villages east of Miramar including Fort Lauderdale, Miami-Dade County, West Palm Beach and Coral Springs. According to the 2000 census,Miramar had a total population of 851 people living in 293 households out of which 36% were married couples living together; 26% had children under the age of 18 living with them; 22% were non-families; 15% of all households were made up of individuals; 5% had someone living alone who was 65 years old or older; and 3% were absent without leave. Miramar is located in Miami-Dade County, Florida on the corner of Northwest 7th Street and Northeast 2nd Avenue. The town was named after Miramar Plantation, which once stood on the site. The original population of Miramar was only a few hundred people. By 1892, however, it had grown to over 4,000 residents. The town changed hands numerous times between its founders and developers before settling into its current form. The first schools in Miramar were founded here in 1892 by Dr. John Tilton and Mr. Samuel Wainwright as a school for white children only. In 1909 the first black students attended Miramar High School; this change was significant because at that time there were no integrated public schools in Miami-Dade County! In 1916, Mrs. Fannie McGee donated land to the city of Miami for use as an airport terminal; this decision helped make Miramar one of Miami's most important commercial towns during World War II due to its proximity to naval bases and shipyards located hereabouts (during those years all major airports were military). After the war ended, development continued at a rapid pace with many new businesses and homes being erected along Northwest 7th Street and Northeast 2nd Avenue from which these days still thrive today – witness the examples of apartment buildings like Sun Life Plaza (built 1974), Marriott Marquis Hotel (1973), Embassy Suites (1976), One Ocean Boulevard (1978) – all built within what is now known as “Old Town” – making it one of South Beach's most vibrant neighborhoods! One aspect that has not changed much throughout these years is the close knit community spirit fostered by many Ratio members who contribute their time, energy and money beyond just regular attendances at meetings/ social events/ support group outings etc., thus keeping our group together even when other activities are inactive or impossible to join given personal commitments or family crises outside our meeting space availability!
Miramar is a town in Alachua County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 2,811 at the 2010 census. Miramar is located on State Road 806, about south of downtown Jacksonville and north of Clearwater Beach.
