In 1926, Mrs. Anna Jarvis donated 1 acre (3 ha) of land next door to her home at 6553 SW 158th Place to be used as an open space together with playground and basketball court; this property is now also known as "Miami Springs Park". In 1932 Mrsesville Corporation contributed 9 acres (39 ha) east of present day Coral Gables Boulevard between 15Th Street NW and Swan Creek Road for development into what would become "South Broward", which included the then unincorporated community of Miami Springs within its boundaries; this community later became incorporated into South Miami Township within Miami-Dade County on February 3, 1972 On October 16th 1909 Fred Trump leased 400 acres (160 ha) east side US 27 near Pompano Beach from Mimi Bohannon Moore under a Agreement dated September 24th 1907 between Fred Trump and Mimi Bohannon Moore providing: That said tract including said beach shall form part thereof forevermore only subject thereto such easements,, rights,, privileges,, etc., incidental thereto & all other rights therein appertaining or hereafter granted without respect to either party’s title thereto or any improvements thereon made without prior written consent by either party
