Lantana experienced rapid growth following World War II when many military veterans returned home to start businesses in the area including Wacoalco Manufacturing Company which manufactured aircraft parts for USAAF pilots and other contractors during World War II; Aloha Airlines; Honeywell Electric Corporation (now Hewlett Packard Enterprise); Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation (now Lockheed Martin) which built Marine One helicopters;and Raytheon Missile Systems Division (today Boeing). The original AR-15 Upper Receiver was designed by Richard Millett and first massproduced in 1963. It comprised two parts, the buffer tube and the upper receiver itself. The buffer tube was attachment point for a 10 round magazine which allowed users to fire one shot at a time. The upper receivers were also used as part of firearms systems such as the Machine Gun School Rifle and M14 rifles series. In 1968, Colt introduced their own version of the AR15 Upper Receiver called the Colt Combat Rifle Upper Receiver which featured an improved gas system, more aggressive feed lips on certain models, and acceptances for various types of magazines including those with 20 rounds or more capacity. However, even though Colt's Uppers received some popularity they did not remain successful due to lower production rates and other modifications made by other manufacturers who soon took advantage of this new market opportunity. In 1971 precision machining company Bushmaster produced what became known as "The Original" Bushmaster AR 15 Upper Receiver which featured machined parts instead of stamped ones like most earlier upper receivers and it became popular among gun enthusiasts for its innovative design features such as adjacency marks on every surface so that component tolerances could be controlled with greater accuracy than ever before. From 1974 through 1978 Bushmaster produced an upgraded version of their "Original"AR 15 Upper Receiver designated "BushMaster Elite." This model featured sequential chrome plating all around its exterior finish, enhanced handguard design with better fitment for optics, hard coatings applied to all critical mating surfaces (like screws), oiled slide members during manufacturing process to reduce friction and ensure smooth operation, increased strength using 5/8 inch diameter steel I-beam hanger rods throughout assembly unlike previous designs which relied solely on plastic screws and nylon bushings thereby increasing costs; however these innovations never reached widespread adoption because 5/8 inch diametersteel I-beam hanger rods are only capable of creating about 24 inches worth of force when exerted perpendicular against moving mating surfaces while nylon bushings can create up to 68 inches worth of force when exerted perpendicularly against moving surfaces while brass followers allow movement along mating surfaces up to 1 3/8 inches wide) making them less efficient when compared to plastic counterparts; further complicating matters was an inaccurate stamping procedure employed by many manufacturers resulting in different upper receivers being manufactured with identical dimensions but different material properties leading directly to complaints from consumers about poor quality control procedures within firearm companies

Lantana, Florida is a small town in Polk County, Florida. The population was 2,052 at the 2010 census. Lantana is located in the center of Polk County on I-10 just east of Sanford and north of Lakeland. It is bordered by Kissimmee to the north and east, Liberty City to the south and west, and Ocala to the northwest. Lantana was founded in 1876 as a post office called Meadow Point by J.W.Patton. The name comes from an Indian word meaning "place where there are lilies." In 1905, Lantana had a population of 264 people; it increased to 513 in 1915 when the railroad reached it. In 1930, Lantana had 1 store and 12 residences; it had 10 stores by 1945. A school was built in 1907 but fell into disrepair until it was purchased by the community in 1946 and renovated as Lantana High School; also that year, a movie theater opened with seating for 350 people inside and outside on two levels which still operates today as part of the Polk County Fairgrounds complex (the fairgrounds are now home to several other businesses). In 1957 satellite imagery showed that growth along I-10 had stopped and development was beginning along US 441: this roads led from Sanford through town to a new shopping mall being built near Interstate 441 then continuing through town towards Ocala beach before terminating at US 41/I-441 interchange about 9 miles southwest of town limits. This new development created much more traffic than existed when Meadow Point served as a tiny post office surrounded by agricultural land used for farming only until after World War II when some merchants moved their businesses out into what became known as “The Mall” because so much development took place nearby including high tech companies such as IBM and Philips Electronics while rural residents were left behind with no opportunity or means to participate or even see anything happening except for periodic tractor Pulls during harvest time around Thanksgiving week followed by cars driving back up onto I-10 past their homes surveys revealed they would have an opportunity down the road if they ever wanted access too however this program eventually ended due largely to cost overruns associated with building what became known locally simply as The Mall; currently there are no plans announced or apparent any longer for developing either side of I-10 across from Lantana although some talk about creating pedestrian friendly streetscape between business districtside intersections instead which could potentially lead to more residents having access particularly during off peak hours when all lanes close) .

Lantana was founded in 1892 by J.B. Lantz as a citrus plantation. The land that now makes up Lantana was first leased from the Government of Florida in 1876 and then bought by J.B. Lantz in 1887. In 1896, Lantz donated the remaining land to the State of Florida for use as a state park.
