He donated land for this park which now includes well known streets such as Orange Avenue and Flagler Street that run through downtown along Riverfront Drive/ Federal Highway bridge into Old Town area just north of State Road 812 . The park became a major tourist attraction with events like dances given daily throughout summertime inside and outdoor amphitheaters near downtown including The Ballroom on Riverfront Drive across from BankAtlantic Center’s parking lot for special occasions like Soccer games or Pops concerts etc., main street grid plan changed several times due to changing ownership & use but visitor center always retains same layout including clocktower/ observation tower/ gift shop/ cafe/ retail complex including two pools side by side with USS Constitution Museum next door also open during all hours
