There are also several high-rise buildings that have recently been constructed such as the Park Tower condominium complex which overlooks Interstate 95 north of town. This will soon be followed by another high-rise development called 'The tower'. In addition to these new developments there have been several restoration projects that have taken place in recent years including the restoration of Donelson's courthouse dating back to 1927 which now houses a branch library named after former Mayor Harry Reidwick as well as other local historical landmarks like the old jail building that was once used by county commissioners and now houses apartments.
