On March 5th of that year, Mayor John Sununu announced that Coral Springs had become one county with borders defined by I-95 on the east side and Northwest 16th Avenue on the west side On October 3rd of that year South Korean investment firm Daewoo Corporation agreed to purchase approximately 21% of all real estate assets in Broward County for $1 billion dollars; this included both integral parts of Coral Springs such as Riverside Drive and US 17 corridor on its eastern edge while also encompassing much land southward along I-95 including portions now within Lauderdale Lakes Borough Park contaminated with elevated levels of arsenic after service lines were buried there during construction associated with Daewoo’s plant site expansion plans then being undertaken by their affiliate KBR Incorporated The Agreement called for both corporate headquarters for Daewoo Corporation as well as major manufacturing plants located throughout South Korea adjacent or inside Ringling Bros Circus Miami Rd., Wellesley Road just northwest away from Interstate 95Exit 4A mile east from Interstate 95 Exit 2B .
