In 1984, Atlantan Electric Cooperative leased its remaining lands to the City of Kissimmee for use as a public park which remains today as one of Kissimmee's most popular attractions - including tennis Courts with an artificial surface and a water park called Aquatic Park at Lakeside Drive/Eveready Road where people can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking & more!
