In 1907 Mayor Hobson recommended that Congress move from Northern Virginia to offer more opportunity for black residents but this recommendation was never followed through because powerful white interests opposed any change that would have undercut their power base within U S Government institutions In 1911 Dc annexed Norfolk County which had been detached from Prince George's County due to heavy immigration from Eastern Europe during World War I; this annexation increased Dc's total population to about 210,000 people Dc also annexed large areas around Anacostia Creek including National Airport (now known as Dulles Airport) and Georgetown University before annexing jurisdictions outside its jurisdiction such as Arlington County and Fairfax County . These annexations left Dc with an area larger than Rhode Island or Delaware combined . On December 5th 1913 Mt Vernon College opened its doors for women making history while still housed in a building owned by Georgetown University southeast of Dupont Circle In 1916 Congressional approval was given for plans For downtown development which included demolition/construction of much older buildings including those on Constitution Avenue near Dupont Circle while new construction began nearby at 10th Street NW between New York Avenue NW and First Street NW This project cost $350 million dollars , creating several massive office buildings along 10th Street NW today

This sight used an IR filter to allow users to seeHomemade red and green dot pointers at 1 m range while wearing sunglasses or eyeglasses. It was not until 2009 though when development on a genuine laser sight began with the release of Red Laser Sight prototype #1 by Brownells Incorporated. The Red Laser Sight prototype #1 utilized three CO2 lasers which were scanned across an image sensor to create a 3D output which could be used as an aiming point for handguns and rifles. It quickly became clear that this type of sighting system was much better than traditional iron crossbows since it allowed shooters to target their prey at close range without having to rely on dark backgrounds or other obstructions. In order to make this type of technology even more efficient, Brownells also released the Red Laser Sight Pro v4 which featured updated processing capabilities and increased brightness levels allowing shooters to see targets up close at 20m+ distance (albeit with reduced resolution). Since then, many other companies have released similar prototypes all using different components in order try and improve upon what Ericsson created back in 2006. One such example is Black Diamond Optics’s LASERGUNSIGHT which utilizes five infrared emitters instead of three in order reduce overall weight while still providing good resolution; however, this system has yet to bemassively marketed due its high price tag compared to others on the market today. Another successful example is Schmidt & Bender’s TARGETSAVER which utilizes four infrared emitters located around the focus area combined with tellurium-coated optics giving users superior performance against reflective surfaces; however, TargetSAVER remains largely unpublished due its high price tag compared to others on the market today as well as being difficult (if not impossible)to find online currently.

The initial design was called the "AO-1" and it used a crossed-over mirror to collect light from an object being aimed at the sight. This collection process was done using a Faradays reflecting mirror. In 1978, Hughes Aircraft company developed and marketed the "AO-2" laser sight which used far more sophisticated technology than their predecessor. The AO-2 featured two mirrors that were oriented in opposite directions to collect light from different objects being aimed at it simultaneously. This allowed for better targeting of shots by allowing both targets and shooters to see what they were shooting at without having to line up individual target dots on the reticle. In 1980, Hughes Aircraft Company introduced their own brand of laser sights, the "HUDSON". The "HUDSON" feature three mirrors that are oriented in opposite directions which allows for improved target acquisition due to its ability to track multiple projectiles at once. Additionally, this weapon system also boasted an enhanced user interface which made it easier for shooters to control their fire discipline when using lasersights.
