A key innovation of these electric gunsights was that they could be used while moving around due to their rotational design which made them easy to use even if there were no sidewalks or streetlights nearby

The town’s economy changed significantly during World War II when Naugatuck saw an influx of soldiers between World War I and World War II because of its proximity to military bases across the country. The town also developed into a major manufacturing center after the war due to advances in engineering and production technologies. Today, Naugatuck remains an important community with strong cultural ties to its military history, as well as its role as a hub for retail commerce and dining within the Greater Hartford Area
