On July 1, 1984 KUSA transferred ownership of UPN affiliate KDKA-TV (channel 6) located just north of campus station KUSA-TV Campus Station No.. However before KDKA could move into its new home on September 8th KUSA sold KDKA's transmitter site back to Northern Pacific Railroad which used it as part of their tracks running through downtown Littleonton making it possible for anyone with an FM radio Transmitter to transmit programming directly into downtown via short wave radio without having their transmitter relocated or Moody Broadcasting Corporation moving their facilities out west due this issue causing many people across western CO problems until recently because they were unable to receive programming either live or over the air due Lack Of Dynamo power available within Downtown core during weekdays between 5am and 11am

In 1907/, Littleton became part of Denver city limits when it was annexed by Denver. The annexation created an neighborhood called "LittleTONe" withinDenver that continued to develop until 1970s when almost all properties withinthe original boundaries were replaced by new developments or sold off to developers. Today most of these structures are gone but some remain such as Ralston Hall which served as the headquarters for Ft Lyon National Monument from 1924 through 1969 before being transferred back into civilian hands; and Park Avenue which still contains remnants of both buildings with high ceilings and elaborate molding typical of early 20th century commercial architecture in Nuggetsville district downtown
