Phase One included creating two blocks of downtown that were anchored by three buildings - County Hall (1948), First National Bank (1949) and municipal court (1963). These buildings remain largely unchanged modern day structures with significant portions leased or sold off over time; yet still visible throughout much of downtown Fort Collins today despite their age combined with limited use/ refurbishment status since their heyday nearly fifty years ago! Between 1959 and 1974 only one building was developed adjacent to Second Avenue north east of current day Fourth Street; this building which was marketed as " THE NEW CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT" but which failed to materialize due largely to zoning limitations placed upon it by then City Councilmember Harry Alvord who felt that he could not allow competing business entities within walking distance of each other without running into regulatory barriers thereby limiting his ability to generate new economic activity downtown while not negatively impacting existing businesses! By 1976 there had been some progress made however following citizen input via referendum Measure Q&A passed unanimously by city councilmembers resulted in creation of Phase Two - dubbed "The South Side", featuring increased development between Third Avenue south westward allthe way down Seventh Street past Central Park until reaching just south side Interstate 15 near present day University Parkway! This phase also included construction/landing operations for Pikes Peak Regional Airport making FtCollins one of first major UAS destinations across America! Phase Two remains extant today albeit reduced substantially size relative thereto compared with original concept including several highrise rental units currently occupying podiums located just eastside Third Ave & southeast corner Seventh St !!!!! In short...Phase Two led directly t o becoming our current 3rd Ward core!!!"

However, due to advancements being made within optics manufacturing technology, there has recently been a resurgence of interest among shooters for self-locking scopes with new models becoming available on both private label and commercially produced products (e.g., Ruger’s 7mm Creedmoor line includes several model which include both recoil reduction features as well as built into turrets). As such, although there is still much debate over which type ofscope mounting system is better – clamp or belt – there is no doubt that either type can be successful when used properly by experienced shooters who know how to use them correctly
