The company also developed Canopy Boulevard (); originally called "Standard Boulevard", it has since been renamed numerous times due to various corporate acquisitions: currently it bears only its original name once more (the former Pikes Peak Road). In 1969–1970 CanonCity saw significant growth as several large companies began operations there such as Ford Motor Company (), Schlumberger (), and Time Warner Incorporated (). At that time CannonCity also experienced some notoriety due to protests against proposed shopping malls being built near downtown by then-developer Raley Plaza ()— these protests ultimately led to successful cancellation of those projects before they could move forward even though no injuries were ever reported during their development process (). Anna Clements Hodge was born on October 15th, 1850 in Aberdeen Fairbanks Alaska to Isabella Brounter and Alfred Wickenhake Hodge Sr.. She married Captain James Hodge on December 4th, 1871 and they moved to Greeley where they started their own grocery store called The Canners'. In 1902 they bought out their competitor and opened what is now known as The Grapeseed Company which still operates today - making them one of Greeley's longest standing businesses. They were also part of the first group of Americans to adopt open source software development models known as FUSE - later renamed OpenBSD - back when it only consisted of four people! In 1969 Canon City made national headlines when it became the first community ever to adopt an open-source software development model known as "FUSE" after initial testing showed that its version worked better than those offered by other communities! This led to major technological advancements such as online voting being possible within minutes instead of hours or days!
