However, these iron sights were not very easy or accurate to use, so the next step was the development of what is now known as “gun sight” technology. The earliest gun sights used two lenses attached together through an aperture in the top of the lens which allowed light entering through one side but not the other, and then it was translated into digital form and sent back down to your watchmaker who created what are now known as electronic sighting devices. These electronic sighting devices allowed you to see your target very clearly even when there was no moon or stars present, making them much easier and more accurate than ever before! With all this new technology came also some new challenges that must be overcome if we are going to make gun sights even more accurate and efficient than they currently are: accuracy must be maintained at all times; errors introduced during manufacture cannot affect performance; when aiming at something close up it is always important never point anything away from where you aim it in order not increasing error due muzzle flip; finally, optics must provide a clear image with minimal interference so that you can actually see your target!

So, the city council voted to construct a more comprehensive arsenal. The new armory would include three ranges with enough space to accommodate up to 100 guns each. It also became necessary to provide better storage for all the weapons in case of an emergency. The new armory opened in 1879 and quickly became one of Aurora's most popular tourist attractions. Not only did visitors enjoy viewing the impressive collection of firearms on display, but they also learned about the history behind them. In fact, some of the earliest handguns used in Colorado were displayed at the new armory.

Aurora, Colorado is a city located in the U.S. state of Colorado. The population was 823 at the 2010 census and has grown to 1,951 as of 2016. Aurora was founded in 1879 by William Sweeny and named for the night sky above Detroit, Michigan. It became a municipality in 1903 and joined the United States as a state within it in 1912. The City of Aurora is named after Mayor James Haughton who also serve on the Boulder County Board of Commissioners from 1902-1904 and again from 1916-1920. The First National Bank building still stands today, built in 1881 by John Dickey, one of the original founders of Aurora. The bank served as both an economic engine for Aurora and its surrounding rural communities until it closed its doors in 1907 due to financial difficulties caused by increased competition from other banks throughout Denver and Larimer County. In 1901, Jens Olsen started construction on what would become known as Soldiers Field Park which would include a stadium/ oval that could seat up to 30,000 people (later changed to 80), tennis courts (beginning in 1904), a bath house (1899), horse arena (1901), grist mill (1895) and more than 100 homes. A year later, he donated land across Cherry Creek from Soldier's Field park to build North High School which opened in 1903 with students from nearby Preuss Elementary School; when Preuss Elementary closed down around 1925 during integrationist times there were few public schools open near urban areas so North High became pre-eminent among African American students while serving mainly white enrollment through grades 9-12

The population of Aurora grew rapidly during the late 1800s and early 1900s as a result of new industrial development in the area and from annexation by other cities. By 1910, Auroras population had reached over 100,000 people. In 1916, Denver annexing Auroras territory made it an all-time duopoly between Denver and Aurora with no others contesting it. On January 1, 1923, Aurora annexed Central City to its boundaries making it one city with two districts - business district and residential district - each with its own police station and fire department.
