In 1906, Gold Rush entrepreneur John Drennan arrived in West Sacramento from Stockton with his family torepreneurialism during this time period were some people believed technology would play an important role during this time period because it allowed goods to be transported faster than ever before; they thought there would be great opportunities for business ventures throughout America during this time period He established himself as a successful rancher in this area and started developing what is now known as Drennan Ranching Company which today operates over 1 million acres across five states Additionally he helped start several small businesses throughout his life that continue operating today such as Jarden Paper Products (now Jarden USA), Bear Valley Dairy (now Brown's Nest) and Folsom Lumber Company Additionally he also donated land along parts of I-680 which has been developed into several large shopping malls including Raley Field Stadium & Eastside Mall
