When the Fresno, California-based Firearms Foundation was founded in 1984, the country was still reeling from the tragedy of Columbine High School. The organization set out to change that by providing resources and education to law enforcement officers and others interested in firearms safety. The foundation soon became well known for its "Firearm T-shirt Gallery" – a collection of NRA-licensed t-shirts that could be bought at local gun Shows or at affiliate stores across the United States. The shirts were popular among police officers and other enthusiasts who wanted to show their support for Second Amendment rights. However, there was one problem: many of these shirts were made with white T-shirts instead of colorful designs that would have shown off an officer's skills and training. As a result, some officers found it difficult to identify which shirt belonged to them on social media or when they happened to be present at a shooting scene. In response, Firearms Foundation created a series of specialty T-shirt designs celebrating different aspects of firearm Collecting – from handguns to shotguns! These designs featured interesting facts about each type of weapon, as well as photos or illustrations showcasingGunsmithing techniques or equipment used in traditional muzzleloading firearms restoration projects. The Gunsmith T-Shirts series proved so successful that Arms & Ammo Productions (now FFL Distributors) began producing them exclusively under license in 1993. The prints are now reproduced on high quality American Apparel printing paper and available either unisex or gender specific design options (e.g., Boys vs Girls). They also feature original artwork created by our own staff photographers!

Watsonville was founded in 1846 by John C. Watson and his wife, Lucy. The town was named for Captain George Watson of the U.S. Navy, who had been killed in a shipwreck off the coast of California many years earlier. The town grew rapidly during its early years, thanks to its location on the San Francisco Peninsula and its access to leading transportation routes. By 1870, Watsonville had a population of over 1,000 people and was becoming known as one of the most important agricultural towns in California. Finally, unauthorized immigration increased significantly during this time period which created tensions between local Mexican immigrants and Anglo Americans who felt that they were being Established second class citizens due to their language skills or cultural background. These factors all contributed to a rapid decline in population growth rates within Watsonville over the course of several decades until it reached a standstill by World War II During World War II both Japanese Americans (who constituted about 20% of The City's overall population) as well as German Americans (about 30%) faced massive challenges due to rationing and wartime relocation policies implemented by American forces at various points around California
