This was just one example; throughout the 1990s until recently there have been numerous requests from law enforcement agencies all over America for Ar 15 upper receivers including those used by police departments SWAT teams and tactical units etc... These types of requests are often justified based on concerns about potential lack of firepower or lethality against specific targets when compared to other firearm platforms available at that time... Walnut Creek is a city in San Mateo County, California, United States. The population was 29,711 as of the 2010 census. It is the second-largest city in San Mateo County after Santa Clara. The first European to visit Walnut Creek was Gaspar de Portolà on his way from Monterey Bay to the Mission Dolores in 1769. In 1824, James Hutton and his party explored what is now Walnut Creek and its environs while on their way to Rancho Atascadero. An early settler was John Sutter who arrived with his brother George in 1847. He founded Sutter's Fort at the junction ofpresent-day Walnut Creek Boulevard and Cherry Avenue south of downtown Walnut Creek. From Sutter's Fort, he surveyed much of present-day San Mateo County and began developing walnuts into a major crop for export to Europe. Another early settler, Solomon Northrup (1829–1915), ran a bakery near where Cherry Ave./Walnut Creek Blvd./Downtown Loop now stand before moving it to Menlo Park in 1915 following lease negotiations with then Mayor William Briggs that failed due to hostile local opposition led by John D'Angelo (1851–1935). Sutter also built an opera house at present day College Ave/High Street which became popularly known as "The House That Sutter Built". In 1859, walnuts were introduced into California when General Joaquin Miller came through during the Mexican–American War on horseback from Sonoma County looking for new land to conquer and found Alta Loma north of Martinez along today's Highway 101 between Diablo Valley and Orinda; Miller named this area Nueces Valley after José Núñez Cámpora y Valdivia who had accompanied him on his trip upriver from Mexico City. A year later he transferred ownership of Alta Loma back to Mexico so that it could be used as part of Genral Antonio Luna's Walla Walla Campaign against American forces under United States Major General Winfield Scott. In 1860s era there were 5 plantations within 10 miles or less of town including: Santana Plantation (now part of Hercules Oaks subdivision), Botanical Gardens plantation east off Broadway about 3 miles east off I-280 just past exit 246A (Old US HWY 99), Monterrey Plantation next door west off I-280 2 1/2 miles east off exits 246B & 246C (Old US HWY 99), Canoga Park plantation 4 1/2 miles northwest off I-280 2 1/2 miles northeast corner Of Empire State Plaza Drive & Sahara Avenue) In 1865 Jens Hansen started growing apples at what is now Waterford Rd./I-880 south side lot adjoining Western Union office building near Eastshore Freeway BART station; Hansen’s apple trees were among first commercial fruit trees grown in Contra Costa county Hansen moved his operations downstream another mile or two soon after opening up production at Waterford Road/I-880 until he reached Amador Valley Lakes where he built an 8 acre ($0 $ ) estate called “Hansen’s Grove” overlooking Amador River valley still extant today across Elemendorf Way from eastern edge FM 961N toward Livermore village center . After several years living there full time farming produce&marketing apples Henry Bemis located millrace below main ridge running eastwest amidships Searles Lake watershed across Amador River valley thence upstream amidships Milpitas Harbor
