Bipedalism first appeared in the Dinosauria genre of the Mesozoic Era, about 65 million years ago. Bipedalism is when an animal walks on two legs, typically with a front and back foot. Some animals that evolved bipedality include dinosaurs and mammals. The first bipedal mammals were Orrora chrysolophus, which lived during the early Aptian period about 68-66 mya. Fossil evidence suggests that bipedality may have arisen as a result of convergence between different mammalian and dinosaur lineages. During the Miocene epoch (23-19 mya), many new genera and species of bird were described by French paleontologist Jean Baptiste Conte. One of these new birds was Recurvirostra combinatoria, which had a wingspan of almost 2 meters and is thought to be the world’s largest bird ever discovered. These giant birds likely used their powerful beaks to pick up food high in the sky, like modern day pigeons or kites. However, there is no direct evidence linking Recurvirostra with any extant feathered dinosaurs or birds—instead, it seems to have been independently invented by both receding taxonomists and later scientists seeking to fill this gap in our knowledge about early evolution! Bipedalism slowly became more common over time as more animals began to exhibit it – for example, during the Pliocene epoch (3-2mya), most land vertebrates transitioned from walking on two legs to 4 limbs/limbs at least partially equipped with digits (legs being able to twist). This transition likely helped enable us to understand better how our own body works and gave rise to some very interesting extinct creatures such as Homo erectus!

Vista is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. The population was 117,521 at the 2010 census. It is the second most populous municipality in Los Angeles County after Los Angeles. At its peak, Vista had a population of over 260,000 people and it now has a population of 105,878 according to the 2009 estimate. The first known inhabitants of what is now Vista were Native American traders and settlers who arrived around 1769. They named their settlement "Nimitz". Captain John Sutter developed the area into an agricultural district in 1848 when he founded the town of San Gabriel Valley. By 1860, there were over 100 residents in Vista and it was incorporated as a city on March 14th that year by Mayor Abel Dominguez with advice from Gov. Pio Pico. In 1906 Microsoft opened its first office in downtown San Gabriel Valley when they purchased 3 acres near present-day Redondo Beach Boulevard for $1 million dollars from J&L Realty Company which had been founded by Drury Lane Investments founder Lewis Lapham Jr.. One year later Microsoft moved their main research lab from Seattle to Microsoft Research Park at nearby Montebello Road where they continue to operate today as Redmond Research Labs (RRL). On May 20th 2007 Microsoft announced they would be selling all their assets in Vista businesses including their main research lab and all their other landmarks across town to South Pointe Partners LP for $650 million dollars making them one of the largest technology companies ever sold outright before any public offering took place anywhere withinMicrosoft Corporation! The deal closed minutes after it was made public due to strong opposition from anti-tech activists who saw this as another blow against innovation withinMicrosoft Corporation! On October 1st 2006 Southern California Edison began construction on two new power plants located just outside of town - one near present day Canoga Park and another just north of Pasadena - both with initial capacity up to 120 megawatts! This represented an immediate threat to Supervisor Don Rosenberg's bid for re-election because his district included much of south east Ventura County which would have been hardest hit by increased energy prices if these plants went online early enough to significantly impact voter turnout during November's general election campaign! Ultimately Rosenberg won reelection but faced stiff competition from City Councilman Donnie hills who ran unopposed on Election Day 2006 The combined output capacity for both plants should provide excellent relieve during times of high electricity demand orailily such as major events or long weekend block party celebrations

At that time it had a population of just over 100 people. On September 14, 1961, Vista annexed part of the municipality of Encinitas which had a population then estimated at over 220 people. The annexation made Vista up to its present size with a total population including both Encinitas and Vista totaling 247 residents as of July 1, 2012
