After his death three other business leaders took over- Jack Donahue (1927-2008), George Poulantzas (1945-2007) and Jerry Levinthal (1985-2003). They led Tustin through some tough times but managed to keep it strong during its difficult years by developing new businesses such as video game development company Konami Koei America Inc., clothing retailer Mervyn's Clothing Center, home energy provider Alimentos Noires SAUCO AG and real estate developer Guggenheim Partners LLC who developed three large shopping malls - Circle K Supercenter at North Park Center Drive; Gold Coast Plaza at 509 E Santa Ana Ave; and Town Square Shopping Center at 211 N Main St - all within walking distance of each other making it easy for shoppers to find their favorite stores statewide without having to leave their homes or neighborhoods. On September 20th 1993 David Bowie performed live at Irvine Meadows Amphitheater before a crowd of 55,000 people. This was only one day after they had secured permits from the Anaheim Hills Recreation & Park District prior to staging the event there so that people could see him without having to travel too far away from his home town of Los Angeles! After almost fifty years there are still many active businesses operating out of downtown Tustin including OC UnitedHealthcare which has been here since 1965; Southern California Edison who operate two power plants within close proximity; United HealthCare outpatient clinics which serve patients throughout Orange County; Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide operates several properties within walking distance including The Beverly Hilton Hotel & Tower near USC palpitation Hospital; Comcast Xfinity uses buildings adjacent to City Hall for headquarters while Charter Communications provides cable TV service inside City Hall itself as well as outside on Grand Avenue between 5th Street/7th Street South and Broadway/Eighth Street South giving residents plenty of options for entertainment programming both during off hours moments when you need your peace&quiet while working or overnight when you want more choices available nearby!

TUSTIN BAY - The first commercial area opened up here when H&R Block built their store on Main Street in 1915 and quickly became known as "the bay". In 1942 General Motors built their new factory just north of town along I-5 and Dominguez Hills Boulevard which made this community what it is today!
