There are also two light Industrial areas northwest of the airport that house various businesses- One near Aviation Boulevard and Pico Boulevard called Midtown Plaza; and another on Airport Boulevard between Florence Avenue & Pico Boulevard called Gateway Center which houses mixed use development from restaurants to office buildings.
