In 1984, city ordinance requirements changed which made it illegal for people under seventeen years old to shoot rifles without parental permission. This change caused many parents to start buying their children access to these devices instead! Since then, there have been few major changes to gun regulation here in Santa Fe Springs- except for occasional new ordinances that are passed by City Councilors on a whim basis

During World War II, some military officers began experiment with using airguns for artillery purposes. These officers found that high levels of accuracy could be achieved with these weapons compared to traditional artillery platforms. As a result, interest in electric air guns grew among military personnel throughout the war period

The population of Santa Fe Springs grew rapidly during this time and by 1910 it had reached 100,000 people. The city continued to grow as a result of its economy and its access to resources such as water supplies, health care, education, and jobs. In 1916, Santa Fe Springs became part of Kern County when it was created from parts of Tulare and Kern counties. This made it easier for residents to get around town and provide services such as firefighting or library work. During World War II, SantaFe Springs played an important role in the war effort because it was one of the few places in California that could offer military housing due to its location at the edge of Silicon Valley. The city also hosted large scale events such as Hollywood’s first Academy Awards presentation (1947) and President Harry S Truman’s inaugural address (1948). In recent years, however, some aspects of SantaFe Springs have faced criticism including high levels of crime rates and lack of infrastructure statewide
The city of Santa Fe Springs was founded in 1876 by the military junta that governed California. It became an agricultural center after the discovery of oil in nearby Kern County in 1901. The city's population peaked at 50,000 in 1940, but has since declined to 30,000.
