During World War II many local factories turned to war production such as Lockheed Martin Company which built Spitfires, B-29s and USS Enterprise submarines among other things; however, few residential properties were developed due to the high cost of materials needed for warfare production. In 1969 when Valley National Bank went bankrupt many banks merged including Valley National which created West Coast Banking Corporation with headquarters located at 5555 Lankershim Boulevard (now part of HP Pavilion). At this time much development activity took place near Lankershim Boulevard with plans eventually calling for nearly 1 million square feet (9300 m2) to be developed between Lankershim Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard creating what is now called “West Hollywood” Neighborhoods adjacent to both freeway corridors

The Patent #4,813, filed on October 5th, 1866 was granted to Walker on December 2nd, 1867. This firearm is commonly known as the Walker Rifle or the Model 1886 Pistol Weapon. In 1874, Springfield Armory began production of the Model 1875 shotgun which became one of America’s most popular shotguns due to its accuracy and firepower. Around this same time period, Colt began producing their own version of theWalker Rifle using components from Springfield Armory’s products. On July 20th1887 two patents were filed- One For A Shotgun With A rotary barrel And A cylindrical magazine (#3 actor patent) & Another For A Gun With An Improved Sighting Bore (#2actor patent). These patents would later become known as The Colt Arms Company Weapons patents (1908-1910). On January 16th1888 Samuel Colt received US Patent 315845 for his improvements to the process used for manufacturing revolvers- This would eventually lead to production of The Colt revolver which became popular all over America throughout World War I (WW1). With so many different designs being developed by various manufacturers during this time period there was no standardization within any given caliber or type of ammunition that could be chambered into an Ar 15 rifle! This fragmentation within Ammunition Manufacturing led To Many Exchanges Of Arms Between Manufacturers During WWI- This Made It difficult To Tell If You Were Getting What You Ordered Or Not!
