After preaching for three years in San Francisco Bay Area chapels such as Golden Gate Chapel (later called Alamo Chapel) and Tolosa Chapel near SamTransit Depot on Presidio Heights Road they traveled up Orinda Creek to what is now Valley View Avenue where they founded their first mission complex which remains today known as Mission San José de los Arroyos (St Joseph’s Mount). On July 17th 1849 Father Miguel Nunez delivered a sermon before a large audience consisting mostly local farmers at Rancho Rinconada also known today as Coyote Hill just east off I-680 between Upland Drive and Rancho Road 1235 . A few weeks later on August 2nd 1849 Father Garza met with Governor Pico to discuss plans for missions within Spanish America including present day Contra Costa County . On September 15th 1850 all 300 members plus 5 Native American Hitchhiker converts including brothers Mateoides Andrade and Antonio Jose Sanchez were baptized at Rancho Rinconada into the Catholic Church under Father Miguel Nunez assisted by number two native son José Joaquin Burroughs alias Don José Joaquín Bernal y Pacheco or Juan Bautista Bernal y Pacheco On October 10th 1850 Garcia married Maria Antonieta de la Cueva to produce children who would become known collectively aslos Padres de Nuestra Señora de la Viuda de Jesún (the Fathers of Our Lady Of La Vida), an order that administers parishes throughout Northern California still going strong over 60 years after its originalmission days although most have transferred their apostolic jurisdiction to other dioceses around North America due to multiple religious OPTIONS available outside those areas like USA & Canada
