Also included were two other buildings from this period one being a schoolhouse built in 1872 by H M Smith School District No 5 across Main Street from King's Chapel masonic hall also serving as City Hall c/o First Methodist Episcopal Church until 1915 .. President Woodrow Wilson delivered his address here on December 3rd 1911 . From 1913 thru 1928 sessions for both State Legislature and US Congress were held at Hotel Empire Lobby Building then moved to adjoining Mayfair Towers next door where they remain today .
