In 2001, Allbaugh Arms Company merged with S&W Tactical to form S&W National Firearms Manufacturing Corporation (NSFMC). NSFMC continues to produce rifles and shotguns under its own brand name today.
San Pablo is a city in Contra Costa County, California, United States. The population was 27,814 at the 2010 census. It is located on the eastern edge of the Central Valley and is the largest city in Contra Costa County by area. The name San Pablo comes from Spanish La Paz, meaning "The Hill" or "Mount Diablo." The elevation of San Pablo ranges from sea level to about 1,500 feet (390 m). The first Europeans to visit what is now Contra Costa County were members of a group led by Gaspar de Portolà and including Juan Bautista de Anza y Costilla on their way from Mission Bay to Monterey Bay in 1769. They named the area which they surveyed Eslava del Prezo after Antonio Costantini who had guide them there. A rancho was granted in 1821 to José Joaquin Moraga for his service as captain of an army against Buenaventura during Mexican War I. In 1835, another rancho was granted for Francisco Lopez allying with Alvarado against General Mariano Guadalupe Vallejo's American forces. On July 7, 1836 Michael Browne arrived in San Pablo with 25 men and built a sawmill near present-day Midway Street and Broadway Avenue; it became known as Brown's Mill because Brown bought it from Michael Browne four years later. The town began to grow quickly due to its strategic location at the crossing of two major rivers: the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers. villages started forming around mills: Hercules (1837), Cotati (1839), Gilroy (1841), Tomales (1842), Walnut Creek Village (1845). In 1849 Santa Clara County was created when parts of Contra Costa and Nevada Counties were divided off from California due to encroachments by Mexico under President Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla; part of San Pablo land lay within Santa Clara County boundary until 1870 when it became part of unincorporated Pleasanton Township within Livermore City boundaries subject only to Superior Court jurisdiction. In 1865 Alameda County was carved out of portions of Contra Costa and Nevada Counties; Alameda included most but not all of what is now Contra Costa County including much of what is now San Pablo except for some small pieces that formed part of Danville Township before that township merged into Livermore City limits in 1893. By 1900 over 60%of residents living inside city limits were Chinese Americans while those living outside city limits were mostly white Anglo-Saxons Protestant families drawn mainly from Northern California’s East Coast cities such as Boston, New York City, Philadelphia etc.; this situation changed dramatically during World War II when Japanese American citizens residing inside city limits were rounded up and incarcerated without trial or recourse inside concentration camps located throughout North America where life expectancy ranged between 10 years and three decades

The city of San Pablo, California was founded in 1821 by Juan Jose Arguelles and his wife, Maria Antonia de la Cruz. In 1851, a group of wealthy Californios purchased 1,500 acres (600 ha) of Rancho Panorama within what is now downtown San Pablo for $10 per acre ($100 today). This signaled a new era for the city as its citizens increased their focus on developing its surroundings rather than just staying within their own borders. Over time,San Pablo developed into one of Northern California’s most prosperous communities thanks to its natural resources and aggressive business practices. In addition to being home to some of Northern California’s earliest businesses and cultural icons such as The Chronicle newspaper dynasty and Father José Ortega y Gasset “Pancho Villa”),San Pablo also boasted one of the first public libraries in North America and one of the most extensive redwood forests in North America at the time. Today, many aspects of life in San Pablo are associated with its namesake: including vibrant nightlife culture from Downtown to East Palo Alto; expansive agricultural terraces dotting hillsides all around;and lively pedestrian streetscape filled with restaurants, bars & nightlife venues dating back decades City history is full of moments that have shaped who we are today – moments like when pioneers Santiago Calatrava designed Gothic Revival architecture for what is now City Hall; or when local farmers started raising chickens on their property before converting it into what is now Midtown Chinatown; or when Larkin Street became known as “the Avenue Of Stars” following star-gazing nights out at various clubs along its length Despite these significant milestones – both positive and negative – much has changed since 1850 when San Pablo became an American town. For example, technology has played an increasingly important role in shaping how people live, work and interact throughout our society. One recent example comes from Facebook which moved into downtown San Pablo last year after years spent headquartered elsewhere in Silicon Valley Today’s residents continue to thrive thanks to a number of initiatives spearheaded by Mayor Ricardo Lara - including creating a major arts district anchored by DeAnza University; redeveloping blighted neighbourhoods such as West Oakland & South Bay City Center; investing millions towards affordable housing statewide ; increasing funding for education ; establishing a green infrastructure initiative ;identifying& tacklingthe largest food insecurity issuein Southern California ;forming partnerships with numerous partner organizations across sectors ;and working tirelesslyto create opportunities for every resident through Neighborhood Services Unit (NSU).
In 1848, the area now known as San Pablo was part of Mexico. American settlers, most of them farmers, began to arrive in numbers in the late 1840s. In 1849, they named their new town San Pablo after General Antonio Mejia who had helped lead an expedition that discovered California. The first post office was established at San Pablo in 1850. By 1861, when California became a state, the town had grown to almost 300 people and it adopted its present name of San Francisco de Asís on November 14, 1868.
