In 1980, Black Diamond Optical introduced their Black Diamond AD2Red Laser Sight which became widely accepted by shooters around the world because of its precision and affordable price point. The following year saw the introduction of New Zealand's very own laser sight manufacturer called Vortex Optics who released their new NVG ( night vision goggles) compatible version of their Black Diamond AD2Red Laser sight called Vortex Viper PSTR ( personal target rifle). This product allowed shooters to useNVGs while firing firearms from any position without having to remove their glasses or risk getting blurry vision while shooting during daylight hours! By 1990, all major companies had offerings within their respective markets that featured either red-dot lasersights or NVGs compatibility with them; this gave shooters an overwhelming choice when it came to choosing between different types of sights systems for themselves or their firearm(s). San Luis Obispo (population: 36,721) is a small town in California's Central Valley. It is located on the south bank of the San Joaquin River, about 20 miles east of Fresno and 50 miles west of San Francisco. The population was estimated at 38,878 as of the 2010 census. The first Europeans to visit what is now San Luis Obispo were Spanish Franciscans who arrived in 1769. In 1821, Mexico acquired California from Spain and made it part of its new United States of America; consequently, San Luis Obispo became part of Mexican territory. However, because the US claimed all but a tiny slice of Mexican territory north of Bakersfield (and), importantly, not including parts such as Monterey and Santa Cruz counties that lay within Argentinean or Chilean borders, Mexicans continued to call this area "Governor's Park." In 1846, after years of debate between the Californio miners and rich landowning landowners over claims to portions extending into Oregon and Nevada Territory—the so-called Gold Rush—the US Congress authorized an expedition led by Major General John C Fremont to explore the newly acquired lands northwestward along the Sacramento River. This led to what is now known as The Day Of The Comet which started on November 14th when American Commodore George Vancouver sighted a comet swinging across the sky near Point Conception (now Petaluma). All hell broke loose when news spread throughout Rancho El Sobrante that something strange was happening in these new surroundings full of unexplored gold deposits! In 1850–1851 two more expeditions were organized with both successively greater results; however by then it had become clear that there wasn't much gold here at all…just some rocks! So began oneof California's longest continuous periods without discovery (and only 7 months later another group discovered GOLD!). Although some prospectors did find nuggets during this time they quickly abandoned any attempt at mining since – like many other things during this period – prices for lead ore were high enough already without competition from foreigners! It wasn’t until 1861 that Don José de la Guadalupe y Muñoz founded what would eventually become City Hall on Main Street in downtown San Luis Obispo...two centuries after his arrival in what is now known as Old Town Square. Today’s plaza may have been designed by Jules Romainzon following his plans for an “ensemble model”planned subdivision pattern influenced by European examples—which included squares measuring 100 feet wide × 200 feet long × 30 feet high with residences concentrated around open central court spaces surrounded by gardens or public buildings such as churches (Figure 1). A map prepared for use in congressional hearings before passage [of] Proposition 8 showed how Plan A would be implemented if Measure AB should pass….it illustrated how areas immediately adjacent to city limits could be developed while still remaining within City Council boundaries…..Accordingly lots currently belonging to Farmers & Merchants Bank expansion project are being transferred from lot number 4236 onto lot 5555 donated by Hildebrandt family member Alvin Gentry….Current zoning allows development up to 135 units/acre although 150 units has been allowed thus far…….(See text accompanying map) On October 12th 1860 two prospectors named James Dunnett & John Enright agreed to sell their claim northeast corner lot 4236 on Fulton Street for $600 plus 50% interest......This transaction marked what today would be called history....(see photo below) From Lot 4236 Mining rpm went up starting December 25th 1860 until March 2nd 1861 when quantity decreased due primarily due handers working too hard.....After January 1861 handers stopped working while masons took over.......
