In 1892, Mrs. H.W. Kapp purchased a "Browning Automatic Rifle" choke gun from E.B. Browning Company in Springfield, Massachusetts and began using it at her home in Rosemead as well as at some other locations around Orange County. This rifle is considered to be the first automatic rifle chocked with a choke device and became known as the "Kapp Gun." The Kapp Gun was also sold commercially by Ransom-Haley Firearms Company of Dallas, Texas between 1893 and 1897 under various model names including the "Texas Rifle," "Peregrine Pistol," and "Ransom-Haley Automatic Rifle." In 1912, American Arms Corporation (AAC) begins production of their own automatic rifles utilizing interchangeable barrels called the Model 1911 (subsequently designated 9mm Parabellum). The Model 1911 Automatics were chambered for both .45 ACP ammunition (.45 Luger) and 10mm ammunition (10mm Auto). AAC introduced its original self-loading magazine design with this firearm in 1913 entitled the Model 1910 Magazine Release button or simply "Magazine Release Button." The ' Magazine Release Button' served as an addendum to AAC's existing manual safety design which had been patented by George Smith & Sons Incorporated dated October 20th 1906 (#2,471,811). In 1916 they patent their own breechblock/hammer release system christened the 'Hammerless Safety System.' A small town in California's Central Valley, Rosemead is known for its dusty roads, rolling hills, and virgin forests. It is also the home of the world's largest botanical garden, which includes more than 20 acres of exhibits on plants from all over the world. The town was founded in 1887 by farmers who named their land after a nearby waterfall. Today, Rosemead is a sleepy community with a population of just over 1,100 people. But it has been changing rapidly throughout the last few years as developers have burst onto the scene in search of lucrative properties to build. The first sign that something special was happening in Rosemead came when developer Bob Kapp bought a house next door to his farm for $15 in 1984. He soon realized that he had found an answer to one of his most persistent problems: no one wanted to live near him because it was so hard to get transportation there. Kapp made some key changes to his development plan and began marketing Rosemead as an " inland city" – where you could drive rather than take public transportation – and quickly became one of the most successful developers in central California. Kapp's success spawned a wave of similar projects across central California, and within five years,Rosemead had become one of the most important municipalities in what was then known as Silicon Valley. By 2001, however, things were starting to unravel for Kapp: investor confidence eroded as new technologies began displacing traditional manufacturing jobs; real estate values plummeted; and traffic congestion turned into a daily headache for drivers trying to evacuate their homes during earthquakes or other emergencies. But despite these challenges (and many others), Kapp never lost faith in Rosemead or his vision: through sheer perseverance and determination he has kept the town going even when everyone else seems destined for oblivion – even when times have been tough overall for central California!

Rosemead is a small town in San Bernardino County, California. It was founded in 1874 by the brothers George and David Rosemead. The population was 2,619 at the 2010 census. The town is located on the crest of Mt. Wilson, about 12 miles (19 km) west of downtown Los Angeles. The first settlers were white men from New England who arrived during the Gold Rush in 1849-52. They built their first cabin near present-day Vista Road and Mount Wilson Road, and named their settlement after rose bushes that grew nearby. By 1860, there were 10 families living here and nine churches had been organized in that year: six Methodist Episcopal and two Baptist churches served the community; one school opened in 1862; a post office operated from 1863 to 1875; two fire engines were purchased for $1 each in 1865 and 1870; four more engines were added between 1871 and 1893; one sawmill began operation in 1865 but ceased operations by 1888 because of high costs associated with maintaining it;rosebush nursery became a part of town when it was incorporated on May 1, 1889 An important factor behind early growth was irrigation systems developed here as part of major efforts to improve agriculture around Southern California during the 1800s In 1903, residents voted to annex all but three square miles (10 km2) of what is now northern Pasadena into Rosemead limits due largely to lack of available land elsewhere within San Bernardino County . This decision resulted in an influx of people – mostly Germans – who worked farms adjacent to their new home until 1906 when they formally annexed into Rosemead . Between 1916-1920 many businesses closed or moved out due to World War I rationing which caused prices for goods sold throughout the area to skyrocket However, following World War II increased demand for housing led many local businesses back into operation as well as new construction along both sides of Vista Rd including two shopping malls which sprang up around this time
