The Rancho Cordova Rifle Scope Company was founded in 1875 by Captain Hiram Bell and his wife Emma. Captain Bell had a rifle scope business in New York City and he brought his scope design back to California to start up a new company. The first rifles that were fitted with these new rifles scopes were used by Colonel James B. Maynard during the siege of Fort Sill, Oklahoma in 1907. This particular rifle scope was made by Eotech Corporation and it was used on the Winchester Model 1886 Rifle. It consisted of an objective lens, reticle circle, focuser ring, and stock windage adjustment knob. It was very accurate and it allowed shooters to target specific areas without having to worry about recoil or wind noise. Over time, other companies entered into the market for rifle scopes and Rancho Cordova's original Eotech Corporation continued to produce high-quality optics until they filed bankruptcy in 1987. However, their legacy lives on as one of the few remaining manufacturers of top-quality rifle scopes in America today.

Hogue and his son, Captain John Hogue. The rifles that were created at this time were designed to use tri-power magnification. In 1892, a new company was founded in Rancho Cordova called the Weaver Company. This company made scope mounts for rifles and other firearms. From 1897 through 1899, the Hogue brothers continued manufacturing rifle scopes in Rancho Cordova. These scopes used four power levels instead of tri-power magnification for better accuracy and performance on firearms. In 1903, Colonel Edward Molnar bought out the Weaver Company and moved its production operations to Denver, Colorado. At this time, rifle scopes became more important than ever as they became an integral part of infantry training programs across the United States. Colonel Molnar’s company produced high quality riflescope mounts for many different firearm manufacturers including Colt Firearms Company and Winchester Firearms Company. In 1916, Colonel Molnar passed away which left his son Edward Molnar Jr., in charge of the business interests within the Mounted Rifle Scopic Manufacturing Corporation (MRSC). MRSC produced high quality riflescope mounts for many different firearm manufacturers throughout the years including Heckler & Koch Gunsystems AG (now HK USA), Beretta Arms SA (now BerettaUSA Inc.), Ruger American Sporting Goods Co., Savage Arms Co., Remington Arms Co., and many more! Rancho Cordova, California is a small town located in the San Joaquin Valley of California. The population was 9,724 at the 2010 census. It is the smallest incorporated municipality in Fresno County and the second-smallest municipality in California after Visalia. Rancho Cordova was founded by Spaniard Miguel de la Hoz on December 7, 1777 as Rancho Los Pinos. It became part of Fresno County on March 15, 1881. The first permanent settler in Rancho Cordova was José Estevan Báez who arrived on October 16, 1844 from Santa Clara County with his family and cattle. In 1861 Antonio Zamora bought 640 acres (250 hectares) east of present day Union City for $2 per acre (1,500 kilograms/hectare). On May 13, 1865 José Avila purchased 648 acres (251 hectares) west of present day Union City for $4 per acre (2,000 kilograms/hectare). These three men were among the earliest settlers of rancho cordova; they would later rename it "Rancho Los Pinos" to reflect their ownership stake therein. In 1872 Santiago Maldonado opened up what is now known as Malibu Canyon Racetrack which led to increased demand for land around here so developers could build homes and other amenities such as schools and churches. The post office was established at this location in 1875 and soon became an important stop along travelers' routes traveling through these parts of central Fresno County. By 1902 there were over 100 residents living in rancho cordova including a school superintendent, attorney general & justice of peace; two newspapers; a grocery store; several water connections; a blacksmith shop; two hotels; tennis courts & more barns for livestock production than any other community within fifty miles (). Thanks to its location near agricultural towns like Hanford and Menlo Park as well as its easy access to freeways like I-5 and I-580 making it popular with suburbanites looking to escape city congestion or find affordable housing outside cities limits during the early 21st century when development rates continued beganto rise throughout Southern Californias rolling hills filled with subdivisions sprang up all around rural areas becoming gated communities full of expensive SUVs driving kids coming out playing basketball or football right into your backyard without ever having seen anything but grassy open fields until you pull out your phone camera expecting manicured trees surrounded by pools while Reality crashes onto you like an SUV knocking over a light pole followed immediately by my brother running across that golf course only he didn't have time to go swimming today so we're going to have to get another pool eventually” ()

Rancho Cordova, California was founded in 1781 by Juan Manuel Nieto and his wife, María del Carmen Carrillo. The original rancho consisted of eighty-six acres. The first settlers were José Hidalgo and Damián de Haro who arrived in 1785. Rancho Cordova was originally part of the San Bernardino Mission District. In 1821, the mission moved to its present location at Monterey and most of the land around it became part of the United States Navy Naval Base Naval Station San Diego. In 1846, Rancho Cordova was sold to James Waddell for $5,000 cash. Waddell named his new rancho after himself, Rancho Cordova which means "White Mountain". After Waddell died in 1851, his widow married John Sutter who took over management of the property from her husband's estate. By 1870, however, Sutter had transferred some ownership back to Juan Manuel Nieto and María del Carmen Carrillo who held title until their deaths in 1875 and 1886 respectively. In 1913 Mexican President Porfirio Diaz grantedranchoCordovato American citizens Jorge Taft and Helen Taft Calhoun on an experimental basis as a gift to commemorate Anglo-American friendship during World War I In 1916 agricultural produce dealer George Hearst bought most of Rancho Cordova from Juan Manuel Nieto's widow for $10 million dollars which he used to expand Hearst's holdings into other areas including Santa Barbara County California Hearst donated much of this land to various universities including UCSB (now University of California), UC Davis (now University Of Californias Davis), Stanford University (now Stanford Graduate School Of Business), UCLA (now UCLA Bruins) andCaltech (now Caltech). He also used portionsoftheranchodeto build other properties such as Bel Air Country Club near Los Angeles; Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore; Rockefellers' Beverly Hills Estate;Bel Air mansion where FDR met Churchill The Hearst family left muchoftheirlandto numerousothersafter they divorced in 1962 However many people still visit rancoscordovacounty today because it is a popular tourist destination with vineyards and wineries located throughout . There are also hiking trails that lead visitors up Mount Wilson , Coyote Canyon , Oak Flat Reservoir , Morongo Basin Wildlife Preserve There have been several attempts over the years by local officials to close or limit access to certain partsoftheranchocordovalbecauseof inputs from environmentalists concerned about possible negative impacts on sensitive ecosystems
The Rancho Cordova Mexican land grant was given to José Joaquín Cámpora in 1846. The grant covered an area of present-day San Bernardino County and parts of Riverside County. It included the towns of Rancho Cordova, Ontario, and Redlands.
