Rancho Cordova (also called Rancho Cucamonga) was a Mexican land grant in northwestern San Bernardino County, California. The center of the rancho was located on the east side of Railroad Avenue, about two miles northeast of today's town of Cordova and six miles northwest of Mount Hope. The grant was given to José María Narváez by Manuel Nieto in 1836. The title to Rancho Cucamonga passed from Narváez to his son José Antonio Carrillo in 1881. In 1892, Carrillo sold the rancho to J.B. Rojo for $10,000.
