Today's growth has been largely due to tourism with many small businesses starting up along Highway 1 between Sausalito and Tiburon; as well as continuing development in centered around Highway 1A off Interstate 5 just northeast of town center which has seen much redevelopment over recent years including several high-rise buildings completed or under construction such as One Rincon Hill Place #1008/2010 – currently being demolished to make way for a new hotel complex known as Radisson Blu Hotel Petalula – one kilometer west along I-5 at First Street & State Route 97 (formerly State Route 281) - now home to several large chain stores including Macy’sanchor store Plaza Martini & JCPenney anchor store Aldi Marketplace - two blocks east at First Street & US 101 - anchored by Safeway
