In 1857, a bill was introduced in the California state legislature that would have banned all handguns and shotguns from being possessed without a license. However, this bill did not pass due to strong opposition from the NRA. Later that same year, another bill was proposed which would have made it illegal for anyone under 21 years old to possess any type of firearm without a license. This too failed to be passed due to opposition from NRA members. In 1911, another bill proposing gun choke prohibition was introduced in California state legislature but again it did not pass due to heavy opposition from the NRA. The next year saw the passage of an amendment to the US Constitution which prohibited states from passing gun choke laws. This amendment helped make GUN CHOKES A LEGAL WEAPON IN AMERICA! Gun chokes were finally outlawed by Congress in 1934 with The National Firearms Act (NFA). Since then, they have only been legal for use with certain types of pistols and rifles – most notably those used by law enforcement agencies and military forces

Perris, California is a small town located in San Bernardino County, California. The population was 1,521 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Perris post office operated from 1853 to 1923. In 1924, it became part of the Riverside post office district and was discontinued in 1999. The town was named for Parson Richards, who came to the area in 1848 and built a cabin on an hill near what is now Perris High School. The town first took on its present form when the railroad arrived in 1875, and early settlers constructed businesses such as groceries, lumberyards, saddlesmiths (which Stillwater Bros., also operates), a harness shop and other enterprises around Railroad Station Road/State Route 14. In 1898 however, construction began on what would become Agricultural Fairgrounds Drive which would later house numerous local schools including: Perris Elementary School (now Perry Middle School), Highland Park Elementary School (now Chino Hills High School), Menaul Intermediate School (now Moreno Valley Intermediate School) and Desert View Junior College HS (later renamed Desert View Community College). In 1938–39 during World War II many residents served in the military with various units stationed nearby or mobilizing for war effort within Southern California; some transported goods by rail up through southern Kern County into Los Angeles County before being discharged back home at Pershing Dry Lake east of Indio; these residents are commemorated by four WWII era Victory Gardens located just east of Highway 395 off Pershing Drive near Winchester Airport today housing severalintage farm implements Museum & Antique Showroom open 10am to 4pm daily Monday thru Saturday Closed Sundays closed January 9th thru December 15th

Perris is a small town in Kern County, California, United States. The population was 1,711 at the 2010 census. It is located on the eastern edge of Kern County and is bordered by Bakersfield to the south and east,joaquin Valley to the north, and San Bernardino County to the west. The first permanent European settlers were two brothers named George Washington Parrish and William Fenton who arrived in 1853 from New York City. They established a rancho near what is now Perris. A post office called Ivor Ranch was founded in 1858, but it was discontinued in 1861 due to rapid growth of Bakersfield as a railroad town. In 1872, an agricultural fair was held at what is now downtown Perris and soon became known as "the Fair of Roses." In 1906, Perris hosted its first rodeo event which led to the founding of the American Cowboy Association (ACA). The ACA organized many rodeos over the years including those that took place at Anaheim Stadium in Anaheim on December 10th & 11th of each year. The fairgrounds are still used today for events such as this one. In 1970-71 peris saw some heavy rains which caused significant flooding throughout much of Kern county including parts of Perris creek which continues to be a problem today after all these years! Despite this damage however there wasn’t any measurable loss or injury reported within either community during that time period according to reports from both residents and emergency services personnel who were available on-scene during those days! Today’s infrastructure has made up for all that happened back then though with modern amenities like water filtration systems and turbines meant to help manage these types of events more effectively etcetera!
Perris was founded in 1851 by George and Clara Perris. The first post office in the village was established in 1852. In 1875, Perris became a city. The population of the city peaked at over 100,000 in 1950, but has since decreased to around 60,000 residents.
