One such design was the Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver holster, which became widely used across America after its introduction in 1941. It consisted of two loops on either side of the gun's barrel that could be clipped around someone's waists in order to increase concealment while carrying your weapon concealed under your clothes

In 1915, Paramount Pictures was founded by Cecil B. DeMille and his brother-in-law, Harry Cohn. The studio was located on the corner of Western Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood. In 1922, DeMille moved the studio to its current location on what is now Sunset Boulevard. In 1936, Paramount merged with United Artists Productions to form Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM). The MGM Studios were renamed Paramount Pictures in 1990.

The name originated from a 20-acre parcel of land that was donated by Adolph Zukor and his brother Jacob to the city in 1911. In 1957, Paramount Pictures merged with United Artists Corporation to form MGM Holdings Inc. MGM later sold its assets back to UA which then merged with Warner Bros. Hollywood Studios, becoming one of Hollywood's largest and most iconic studios. Following World War II, Paramount produced some of the biggest films ever made such as The Sound of Silence (1948), Judgment at Nuremberg (1962), Hiroshima Mon Amour (1965), Driller Killer (1968), Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope (1978), E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial (1982) and Ghostbusters (1984). In 1994, Sony Pictures Entertainment bought MGM for $8 billion including its library and other businessesitures

The first commercially successful handgun holster was created by John Browning in 1913. The Browning Hi-Power Pistol Holster was made from heavy brass tubing wrapped around an sturdy steel frame. This type of holster allowed for easy access to firearms without having to remove the firearm from its owner’s waistband. The original Hi-Power PistolHolster also featured a built-in safety feature which prevented accidental discharge when carried outside without protection against theft or mishandling. After World War II, more handguns were added to the arsenals of many countries throughout Europe and North America; however, pistols still remained predominantly hand held devices until relatively recently when new clip fed assault rifles became popularized across muchelseuropeanand American cultures (iGlock being an exception). Paramount, California is a town in Los Angeles County, California. The population was 905 at the 2010 census. It is located on the east side of Pasadena and straddles the border of Los Angeles and Orange counties. It was founded in 1907 by John D. Rockefeller as a citrus orchard and tobacco farmstead on what is now called Hollywood Boulevard between Vine Street and Highland Avenue. In 1911, it became home to the Paramount Pictures Corporation after its parent company, American Tobacco Co., merged with Viacom Incorporated. Paramount Pictures still occupies most of its original buildings including the Grand Hyatt hotel which opened in 1915 as headquarters for both companies until 1979 when it moved to its current location across Hollywood Boulevard from MGM Studios. The city's first commercial development was an unsuccessful attempt by Standard Oil Company president Walter Hirschfeld to build a refinery at what is now known as Pico Boulevard and Vine Street in 1909; but Standard's successor, Mobil Oil (now ExxonMobil), did succeed in building a refinery there in 1922. From 1927 until 1957, Paramount also served as site of one of two U-2 launches that took place over Corona Bay - during this time, Lockheed Martin had built facilities nearby on La Brea Avenue near Universal CityWalk for launch operations only). The otherlaunch occurred from Vandenberg Air Force Base about 25 miles north in Santa Monica County
On July 20, 1847, the first verified sighting of a "big, black bear" in California was made by white prospectors who were working in the area around Mount Shasta. The men had seen what they thought was a large grizzly bear on horseback, but when they got closer they realized that it was only a black bear. The first known attack on humans by a big black bear occurred on October 5, 1851 when an Indian named George Custer was killed by one of these animals while hunting in the San Joaquin Valley. In 1862, gold seekers discovered and explored the Klamath Mountains and began mining there for ore. This activity increased the number of big black bears living near human settlements. In 1865 an expedition led by Colonel John Broughton reached Klamath Lake and encountered this animal for the first time. In 1898 two parties of American soldiers searching for Mono Indians found evidence that giant white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus) were being hunted by local Big Black Bears (Ursus arctos horribilis). As a result, General Pershing ordered all white people out of Mono County until such time as negotiations could be held to end this hunt. The following year Ulysses S. Grant issued an order authorizing settlers to kill any big black bears that should be encountered within their boundaries without warning or legal process being used.
