The soft gun case history of Palmdale, California began in the early 1920s when a Mr. Harry S. Reardon started manufacturing ammunition cases out of an old mill he had been able to find in the town. The company became known as "Reardon's Ammunition" and continued to produce cases until the early 1930s. In that time, Reardon also produced rifles, shotguns, pistols and other firearms parts and accessories. In 1933, Mr. Harry S. Reardon passed away and his sons took over the business. They continued to make ammo cases until the late 1940s when they stopped production altogether because of World War II dietary restrictions on guns (guns were not allowed during World War II). The sons kept the business going through their own businesses until it closed in 1951. Today, there is still a small bit of Reardon's Ammunition present in Palmdale with some customers still producing ammo cases for their personal firearms collection or use outside of shooting competitions or target practice; however, most people who know about this business do not shoot any artillery anymore but continue making ammunition cases!

Palmdale is a small city in the US state of California. It was founded in 1911 by George Palmer and his wife, Clara. The city's population was 1,331 at the 2010 census, down from 2,069 at the 2000 census. It is bordered by Lancaster to the north and east, Ontario to the south, and San Bernardino County to the west. The name "Palmdale" is derived from two words: "Palo" meaning "pine tree" and "-dale" meaning " valley". The first settlers in this area were Native Americans who lived near present-day Joshua Tree National Park. In 1847 they built a cabin on what is now State Route 23. A couple years later they moved their family to what is now Palmdale when they discovered a grove of pine trees near Blythe Avenue and State Route 116. George Palmer named his new town after himself – Palmdale – because he found some valuable tracts of land thereabouts. Today's downtown features several buildings that were built during World War II as part of Project 45: The Palmdale Air Base Annex (now known as Gateway Plaza), which housed civilian airport workers; Northridge High School (now Northridge Stadium); and Western Regional Airport (later Santa Ana International Airport). In 1951, General Electric leased land for its western regional airport from Western Regional Airlines so that GE could build an airframe manufacturing plant thereon. In 1984 McDonnell Douglas purchased GE's assets in Anaheim County for $2 billion dollars—making it one of America's largest technology companies at that time! The first soft gun case was invented in 1892 by George Washington Dixon. The Soft Gun Case was a type of hardshell carrying case designed to protect firearms from damage and loss. Dixon’s design was based on the idea that guns would be carried more often than they were stored, so it made sense to create a case that could be easily carried and protected the firearm. The Soft Gun Case consisted of two pieces, one for the pistol grip and one for the barrel. The barrel piece was inserted into the grip piece and then screwed onto the outside of the case. This allowed for easy transportation and storage of firearms. In 1934, John Fenton created another softgun case design which became known as the Fenton SoftgunCase. The Fenton SoftgunCase differed from other softgun cases in that it featured a padded interior lining that prevented any unnecessary damage to firearms during transport or storage. Additionally, this design allowed for easier access to handguns inside of their carrying cases. Palmdale, California is a city in Kern County, California, United States. The population was 97,965 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Kern County. The name "Palmdale" comes from Palmdale Ranch where many early settlers lived and raised crops. The area that now makes up Palmdale was originally part of the Sierras foothills and was used for sheep ranching and cattle farming. In 1881, some people in nearby Lancaster decided to make a new town on what they called Rancho Palmdale because it would be easier to get around than going up and down hills all the time. In 1886, when Palmdale became an incorporated municipality, it had a population of just over 100 people. The once-remote community quickly became known for its props and effects businesses - such as Propeller Studios - which produced movies like "The Day the Earth Stood Still" (1951) and "To Kill a Mockingbird" (1958). After World War II ended, PALMDALE began to grow rapidly with new housing developments completed throughout the 1950s through 1970s: North Park University Hills in 1957; Municipal Plaza in 1966; Midtown Plaza in 1969; Southpark Center in 1972; Westfield Shopping Centerin 1976; and finally Riverwalk Place in 1978. By 2000 PALMDALE's population had reached 1 million residents - making it one of Californias most populous cities by both counts. Today PALMDALE remains an important commercial center with heavy industry but also has significant residential development taking place downtown as well as numerous other cultural attractions including several large stadiums—the largest being Dodger Stadium which opened in 1962 —and two major shopping malls (Municipal Plaza & Riverside Plaza), both anchored by Macy's Incorporated since 1984.
The Palmdale area was first settled by the Tongva people in the early 1800s. They were a Native American tribe that inhabited what is now central California. The Tongva left the area after they were forced from their ancestral home by the Mexican government in 1821. The Palmdale area was first developed as a farming community and then became a bedroom and industrial center for the surrounding counties. The region saw heavy economic development during World War II, when several major companies located here produced weapons and other products for the war effort. After the war, many of those businesses went out of business, but some still remain in operation today.
