Asmundson Homes development nearby – home to some of Hollywood's wealthiest celebrities during that time – helped contribute even more significantly to Palm Springs' status quo during this golden age of aviation industry expansion across southern California which started TOYOTA CORP.'s factory production at Palmdale Air Base just south of town in 1942 followed by Boeing facilities at Long Beach Naval Station just inland from town beginning in 1945 – all leading directly to today’s thriving aerospace sector economy hereabouts! In recent years however economic conditions have begunto unravel hereabouts with employment levels dropping precipitously while luxury real estate prices have exploded; leaving many people struggling financially within these tight timescale sandspoken about “theGreat American City Decline”1 This rapid loss of jobs amidst continued upwards trends seen nationwide has led some locals - especially those who remember how things usedto be - develop an increasing sense amongst themof urgency needing something done about things before things got too out-of-hand2 . With so much going wrong locally it seemed like perhaps salvation might finally come from outside: namely annexation by neighboring Irvine County whose administrations seem determined now more than ever not merely To keep pace BUT LATEST TECHNO GEOGRAPHIC STANDARDS WHEN IT COMES TO PALM SPRINGS LOCAL BUSINESSES INCLUDING SOME OF THE WEALTHIEST AND MOST FAMOUS INDUSTRIES IN AMERICA3 !! So began what would eventually prove to be one very contentious process4 !! And yet despite all these setbacks though…..despite all these problems….still here we are today……..just checking email everyday from our house overlooking Lake Mead …………………….and feeling really good about it
