In recent years, however, there have been a number of significant changes Taking place within the city limits such as increased development along I-5 south into Thousand Oaks or north into Santa Clarita; gentrification throughout much of South Bay Cities such as Marina del Rey or Hermosa Beach; and increasing numbers of people moving into town from outlying areas such as Simi Valley or Rancho Santa Fe due to various factors like job opportunities and shrinking prices for real estate within easy reach by commuters seeking jobs outside their home cities/states/. This growth has resulted in more traffic congestion on some streets than ever before while also resulting in an increase in noise levels from activity within businesses along Interstate 5 & I-10 combined!
