After four years ofCommunity organizing led by Black Panther Party member Huey Peebles throughout inner-city neighborhoods beginning with Fruitvale outside Downtown until victory at City Hall over powerful interests inside City Hall including Shell Oil Company owner John Schellhorn Dellums moved forward with much needed planning for green space surrounding both refineries and attracted some $5 billion in private investment later called Regional Renewable Energy Initiative or RREI which helped create tens thousand jobs statewide clean energy technologies are now displacing traditional dirty power generation across all states statewide leading directly to significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions

The Barbour Gun Swiver involved attaching an adjustable iron band Holstered on each side of the firearm between its stocks allowing users To cock and aim without having their hands move from where they were originally positioned on the weapon
