As time passed, these holders became more and more creative with their designs. In 1907, an Italian immigrant named Antonio Pirrone designed the first permanent target holder in Monrovia. This device consisted of a longpole that was used to hold the target at arm's length so that shooters could shoot accurately. Pirrone's design made it possible for people to shoot safely indoors without having to worry about hitting other objects or people. In 1949, Don Hickey founded the American National Rifle Association (ANI) in Monrovia. He wanted to help makegun ownership available to all Americans. The ANI helped promote gun safety and education throughout Monrovia. They also created many opportunities for local businesses and residents to get involved with GUNSRESULTS!
Monrovia is located in Central California, and is the county seat of Mono County. It was founded on November 3, 1871 by John Monro and his wife, Emma. The town was named after Dona Ana River which flows through the town. In 1916, the city of Monrovia was incorporated as a separate municipality. The population of Monrovia peaked at more than 120,000 in 1950 but has since decreased to about 60,000 residents. The economy of Monrovia is primarily based on agriculture with some light manufacturing activity. There are also a few small businesses and shops in the town. Monrovia is known for its beautiful setting and wide variety of architecture including Victorian homes, ranch houses, pre-war buildings, and modern structures. The downtown area contains a library, movie theater, post office, grocery store/café/restaurant, bank branch (with ATM), park (with tennis courts and playground), and several large stores

This device consisted of an iron hoop mounted on a small stick, which was used to hold the firearm so that it could be fired at a steady distance. Other early target holders included devices developed by French gunsmiths Antoine-Marie Deschamps and Jacques Martin in 1807 and 1809, respectively. By the early 1800s, many different types of firearm were being used for military purposes, including guns that could be fired from multiple directions (e.g., rifles). As these firearms became better understood and available, gunsmiths began to modify existingTarget Holder designs to accommodate these new requirements. One such modification featured an improved handle design that made it easier for the user to control the weapon while firing at a moving target. Monrovia is a city in Riverside County, California. It is the seat of Monrovia Township and it was founded on November 10, 1874 by James Forrest and his wife Eliza. The City of Monrovia was incorporated on December 1, 1911. The population was 381 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The first white person to set foot in what is now Monrovia was James Forrest who arrived in 1874 from Kentucky with his family. He named the land after Mount Olympus which he had seen in a map while exploring Southern California during his travels around 1867-68. Eliza Forrest immigrated to America from England with her parents in 1872 and started farming near present day downtown Monrovia. They were among the first American women to own land in California and they built their home on a hill overlooking downtown that today still stands as one of the most iconic buildings in town (pictured). James Forrest remained living in Monrovia until his death on October 25, 1910 at the age of 86 years old; he had been instrumental in its development as an agricultural center during his lifetime. His widow Eliza continued to live there until her death on May 6, 1961 at 84 years old also; she had been active both politically and socially throughout her life including serving as President pro tempore of Riverside County from 1942-1946 & 1951-1955 & as Vice President 1974-1976 under Gov Jerry Brown’s administration. In 1911, when Riverside County became independent from San Bernardino County, Monrovia became one of its first municipalities according to then-County Clerk Don Hargrave’s proclamation dated October 12th following countywide reorganization which took effect upon January 1st following passage by voters of Proposition 15 (see attached document for more information). In 1912 Census records list just three residents – James Forrest (age 80), Mrs Eliza Forrest (age 78) & 11 year old Nellie Latham(age 5). On December 1st 1911, James Forrest's daughter Nellie married William Clementson who resided across town at 109 North Main Street [now A Street] and together they operated what would become known as “The Four Corners Store” along this stretch of North Main Street between First Avenue/Old Town Plaza westward into Pasadena [now called West Adams Boulevard], continuing down South Elmira Avenue into east Pasadena [now called East Adams Boulevard] before turning north onto Foster Boulevard past current day University Avenue]. This store would continue open until about 1957 when it closed due to competition from new convenience stores opening up along that route paralleling Interstate 10 freeway nearby! In 1922 when Prohibition came into effect parts or all of Riverside County may have reverted back to “free range” Hunterdon Co., NJ 101 School District No 7 located within modern day Pomona) As far back as 1880 there were several dry goods stores operating outposts throughout OrangeCoast LA but no evidence has ever been found documenting such operations prior to prohibition! There are numerous stories grape picking tourists tell about 1800s pioneer farmers providing fresh grapes for their families without loosing any quality! One story even goes so far as to say that early Grapeseed oil production began right hereabouts!! According To some historical accounts ranch hands used Interior Valley Vineyards wines for entertainment purposes prior to state mandates prohibiting wine sales beginning WWI !! There are countless other stories like this which add color and flavor diversity unto our many cultural experiences here locally!. Gram Parsons once sang about "A Place Called Home" here being "...an unbroken chain Of happy memories That links us all together." Today we enjoy many cultural attractions including: The Hollywood Bowl performing arts venue / movie theater complex hosting over 60 films annually various shops located inside or outside downtown monROvIA including world renowned boutiques like Saks Fifth Avenue®, Neiman Marcus®, Macy's®, Sears(), etc.), dramatic Historical Sites like Fort antioxidants Monument located just east side composed mostly sandstone cliffs rising sheer above stream bottoms below with commanding views towards Mt Carmel[shown atop cliff], Sactoe Indian Reservation 3 miles south situated adjacent Ft Shasta National Monument boundaries Surveyed Geographic Names Index[listed below - includes full name & location information + images]), prehistoric ruins deep within Preserve Desert National Park portions surrounding historic Mission Adobe approximately 8 miles south west corner inside Preserve Desert National Park boundaries
