In 1868, George Custer was killed at Battle of Little Bighorn by Sioux warriors. This event caused a great deal of concern among settlers in the area. Some thought that these same Sioux were responsible for his death. As a result, a group of people formed an organization called the Horsemen of the Apocalypse to investigate what had happened. They found evidence that members of the Sioux had attacked Custer and his unit while he was leading his men into battle. This led to increased tensions between white settlers and Native Americans in Millbrae. However, bipedalism did not die out completely after Custer's death. Over time, people began using horses for transportation instead of walking or riding on them. This change led to more interactions between humans and animals in Millbrae. As a result, bipedalism slowly regained popularity in this area until it finally disappeared again around 1970-1980 when cars became popularized here

The town of Millbrae, California is located in the Soquel Valley on Highway 1 about an hour east of San Francisco. The population was 2,500 at the 2010 census and is now approximately 4,000. Millbrae was founded by James Irvine in 1884 as a small citrus orchard and dairy farm. In 1911, theIrvine Company built a flour mill that became highly successful until it closed in the 1970s. Today, there are several small businesses operating out of the mill which still employs many people who have worked here for generations. Millbrae has always been a center for agriculture with some 200 acres (81 hectares) of irrigated farmland and fruit orchards dating back to 1885. Some important crops grown here include apples, grapes, oranges, almonds and other nuts. There are also horses and pigs present today as well as chickens and dogs used for feedstock purposes only. Many local residents still speak English fluently due to its importance during early days when most communication happened over horse-drawn carts wheeling along dirt roadsides laden with produce! In 1931, two brothers named John and Edward Fenton founded the first motel in California – Pacific Rim Inn – on what is now State Route 1 just outside of town. It quickly became one of the largest Motels in Northern California before closing its doors in 1978 due to economic declines following World War II changes which destroyed much rural land around Los Angeles County. The motel district that included Pacific Rim Inn remains today one of Ventura County’s most active commercial areas with more than 20 restaurants/bars/stores plus numerous shops offering anything from auto parts to home repair services! Today, Millbrae is known primarily for its annual Christmas Parade which features floats made entirely from donated toys from all over Southern California along with music by local choirs conducted by pre-school children from surrounding townships each day leading up to culminating at Town Hall Plaza where Mayor Pugh announces this year’s parade theme “Wrap UP Santa!.”

Millbrae, California is a small town located in Contra Costa County, California. The population was 2,711 at the 2010 census. Millbrae is part of the San Francisco–Oakland–Fremont metropolitan area. It lies on the eastern edge of Orinda and is bordered by Fremont to the east and Gilroy to the south. The first Europeans to visit Millbrae were Spanish traders in 1769 who prospected for gold near present-day Hayward. In 1839, George Hearst founded what would become Southern Pacific Railroad in Mills Park, adjacent to Millbrae Creek. The millrace that ran through Millbrae became an important water source for the railroad and later served as its property line. In 1881, Northern Pacific Railway built a branch line from Newark through Mills Park and into Millbrae junction where it connected with Southern Pacific Railroad. In 1915, when Southern Pacific Railway was merged into American National Railways, Millbrae became part of their San Francisco Bay Area operation as part of a larger reorganization of railroads in California. During World War II, many local residents left their homes for military service and mills were turned into munitions plants; however, most mills closed during the war due to lack of demand or competition from new factories opening up elsewhere in California. At the end of World War II there were only two mills remaining: one operated by Kaiser Aluminum Company which continued production until 1984 and another by Republic Steel which ceased operations in 1993 after over 100 years of continuous production. All three mills closed due to economic factors other than war—a change that began during post-war America when industry shifted away from manufacturing towards services such as information technology and health care—and not because of environmental damage done by atomic bombing campaigns or other types of warfare (though some mill sites still bear scars from these activities). Since reopening as a business district in 2002 following community redevelopment efforts spearheaded by Supervisor Aaron Peskin’s office (the original mill site had been designated “ DISTRICT FIVE” pursuant to Proposition 218), both Kaiser Aluminum Company & Republic Steel have reopened their businesses but are no longer producing aluminum products nor steel products although they remain open for general public viewing.) According to figures provided by Superintendent Christy Kappenberger during her tour Friday morning at both facilities,—Kaiser Aluminum's plant has produced more than 1 million pieces/unit since it reopened last year; Republic Steel's plant has produced about 350 thousand pieces/unit since it reopened last year,—mill sites are operating at close capacity with employees working around-the-clock multiple days/week while metal theft rates have decreased significantly because thieves now seemill locations as less valuable targets than industrial properties typically are.). These reopenings reflect hope that not only do communities across Contra Costa County want their former mills back but also that these companies can provide jobs creating sustainable blue collar employment within our community once again!
The millbrae community of Millbrae, California was founded in 1887 by a group of farmers who had come to the area from eastern Oregon. The millbrae post office was established in 1888, and remained in operation until it closed in 1954. The first store in the millbrae community was built in 1889, and the first school opened there in 1890. The community grew rapidly, and by 1912 there were 10 businesses operating within its boundaries. In 1924, the millbrae canal was completed, and allowed for increased farming activities within the community. By 1936, there were 25 businesses operating within the millbrae community limits. By 1951, however, all but five of those businesses had closed or been taken over by other companies. The last business to open in Millbrae was a convenience store called "The Grapes" which operated from 1955-1957.
