McFarland, California is located in the Central Valley of California and is situated on the eastern edge of Kern County. The town was founded by George McDonald in 1876 and had a population of 581 as of 2000. The town is named for General H.J. McFarland who fought in the Mexican-American War and served as a captain with the Union army. In 1916, the community merged with neighboring Bakersfield to form one municipality called McFarland which has since shrunk to its current size. The town lies at an elevation of 4,815 feet (1,428 meters). According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2 square miles (6 square kilometers), all land. As of 2000, there were 581 people living in Mcfarlandtownships 1-4 inclusive; however, this number may have decreased slightly due to splits and amalgamations within these communities over time. Of particular interest are communities known as "Fountain" or "Valley". These settlements date back to at least 1907 when they were first established along irrigation canals that ran through central valley countryside now comprising part of Edwards County and Kern County respectively. There is evidence that these early settlements may have been larger than those currently present although exact numbers cannot be verified without further research. This history definitely impacts what today’s residents consider their everyday life experiences including education opportunities available here despite only having high school diplomas or less than college degrees which often correlate with low income status quo here according to some recent census data collected between 2010-2015 inclusive from various government sources around our area - see chart attached for more information about educational needs etc.).

This invention changed how people viewed the world and made it easier for them to learn about different objects living in different parts of the world. By 1975, all major companies had started creating types ofbinoculars with one main goal being to make them more affordable for everyone including children who were starting school. Over time, there have been many updates and changes tobinoculars making them more efficient, colorful, durable, easy-to-use, sensitive enough to capture images without any distortion ( Perfect Image ),and even able to backward image signals!

In 1867, John Mcfarland and his wife, Sarah, founded the town of Mcfarland in what is now El Centro County. The couple had come to California from Illinois during the gold rush and were looking for a place to start a new life. They found an ideal spot on the banks of the Sacramento River and began to build their home. John Mcfarland was a successful rancher and miner who also became involved in politics. He played an important role in establishing government institutions such as the State Board of Education and the County Court system. In 1912, he served as Mayor of Sacramento. Sarah McFarland died in 1926, but John continued to live until his death in 1942. His wife's legacy continues to be significant in El Centro County today: she helped create one of America's most vibrant local communities and she is buried at Mount Carmel Cemetery there.
