This important aspect of their business model is what helped them become one of the most successful opticians in town. Over time, The Optic Shop underwent several changes. In 1915 they sold their store and property to Harry Wohlheimer and his wife Esther who continued to operate it until their death in 1949. After Esther's death, Harry Wohlheimer passed away also; however, his widow kept running the shop until her own death in 1978. During her tenure at the shop she developed new techniques for printing labels on glass jars which later became popular among opticians across America (Fowler 1991). Finally, after nearly 60 years at the helm of the store, Mrs Wohlheimer retired in 1993 and was succeeded by her son-in-law David Fowler Jr.. David Fowler Jr.'s tenure as owner began with much fanfare as he promised to make The Optic Shop into "the best optician shop on earth" (Fowler 1994). He made numerous renovations including expanding their inventory so that they could offer more products than ever before; adding new lighting fixtures; and modernizing their customer service department (Fowler 1994). Over time these changes has resulted in an even greater selection of products available at The Optic Shop which allows customers from all over America to come into contact with them directly (Fowler1994). During David Fowler Jr.'s ownership there were also several Key Events which helped shape Los Banos' optical industry today: 1) In 1998 when three major manufacturers pulled out of Southern California due to high competition from neighboring cities such as Beverly Hills and Pasadena - leaving La Jolla without any optical retailers - David Fowler decided to step up and fill the void (Price 2000)?2) In 2002 when he created Los Banos Optical District specifically targeting retail customers living outside of San Diego County?3) In 2004 when he announced plans to open a second store adjacent to his original location?4) And finally 4 years ago when he reopened his old store after almost 30 years closed down? These events have all contributed significantly towardsTheOpticalShop's current success story!

Los Banos, California, is a small city located in Kern County, California. The population was 2,826 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Kern City School District. The first European to glimpse what would become Los Banos was Juan Bautista de Anza on November 1, 1769 when he landed on the Isla Margarita and saw a group of natives working in the saltpeter mine. He named it after his home town of Barcelona, Spain—Banos—but no one else did too until 1864 when José Joaquin Moraga settled there with his family from El Carmen de Anza rancho. Banos was incorporated as a city on December 12, 1912 by an act of the State Legislature. It became an incorporated county seat on January 14, 1916 with the creation of Kern County from portions of Tulare and San Bernardino counties. On February 15, 1920 it changed its name to Los Banos because it had been recommended by Supervisor John Kitching as being more Spanish sounding than either Angels or Banys (the other two names given at that time). In 1951 fire destroyed most of downtown Los Banos and parts of adjacent neighborhoods; however firefighters rebuilt much of what was lost within six months using local materials and techniques learned during their earlier response to that year's Ghost Fire which also burned down most downtown San Bernardino. The banjo player Fats Domino played his last performance at The Cavern Club in Los Angeles on October 28th 1947 before moving to New York City where he began playing engagements at Carnegie Hall and The Village Vanguard among others. A plaque dedication for him has been placed inside The Cavern Club restaurant since then commemorating this event along with other memorable performances there including Cab Calloway's first show there in 1942 On November 7th 1957 Don Byas opened his first steak house called Blue Bottle Lounge in nearby Signal Hill renamed after Fats Domino's Blue Bottle Tavern back then) In early 2009 Byas closed all but three restaurants due to financial difficulties following health problems which have led to continuing decline in business over many months

Los Banos, California is a small town located in Kern County, California. The population was 7,692 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Sacramento-Arden-Arcade Metropolitan Statistical Area. The name "Los Banos" means "the banks." The first inhabitants of Los Banos were Native Americans who lived near present day Coalinga and Fillmore City. In 1821, Manuel Nieto and his party of Mexican immigrants founded the town on theranch Rancho Atwater de los Banos de las Flores, which became known as Los Banos after they acquired it from its original Spanish owners. During Prohibition (1936-1941), Los Banos had an alcohol monopoly due to its location at the foot of Mount Shasta. Because no other city in California could offer such a monopoly, bootlegging and organized crime flourished in Los Banos during this period. However, following repeal of prohibition in 1941, business boomed as people returned to normality and prices for alcohol plummeted. In 1963, when Interstate 5 was constructed through Kern County and began cutting off many rural areas from downtown Sacramento, Los Banos lost much of its commercial significance; however it remains a popular tourist destination with views of Mount Shasta from most neighborhoods. In recent years there has been significant redevelopment taking place in LosBanos including several high-rise developments along I-5 just south of downtown that have created new jobs and attracted new residents while preserving much historic architecture
Los Banos was founded by Juan Bautista Los Banos on October 24, 1821. It is the most eastern of Californias Four Valleys towns and it lies at an elevation of 5,390 feet (1,800 m). The town has a population of about 105 people.
