He developed it into one of the largest citrus groves in California with over 100 apple orchards, 70 lemon orchards, 20 strawberry farms, 10 orange orchards, 6 fig orchards, 4 peach orchards and more than 120 grape vines producing wine, brandy and sparkling cider under two different brands - White Diamonds and Gold Rush Grapes - among other products including orangesalsa sauce made from orange juice concentrate blended with chili peppers
