This type of mount made it possible for you to shoot from various angles without havingto worry about Impact adjustment! It also became popular among hunters because it allowed them to place their optics closer or further away from their targets when hunting game! In 1935, Browning titled its new product "Screwmounts" after its founders Jens Ludwig Browning and George Barnett Browning who had developed these typesof mounts back in 1914 while working at Winchester Repeating Arms Company! The Screwmounts consisted of a metal bracket that screwed onto an armament barrel (usually stocks) and held an objective lens within easy reach while firing ammunition! A varietyof adapters were available allowing you to combine this system with various sighting devices such as red dot sights or windage shields! By 1937, most all scope mounts had been standardized under IBRAMA's designation MIL-STD-1913/7E)! In 1938, another brand name was added to this industry standard - Weaver Optics' famous "QD" system - this system offered quick disconnection between scope tube and rifle so you could change magnification without fear of cross contamination! At its peak during World War II Weaver Optics produced over 100 million scopes per month!!!

The C&O Railroad arrived in 1902 and Lawndale began to grow as a commercial center. In 1907, the first school district was created and in 1916, a Lutheran church was erected. In 1922, Mayor John Skelton designated Lawndale as an official city Limits location and City Hall was constructed within the limits of the community. In 1928, an ordinancewas passed establishing a prohibition law and four years later another ordinance repealed alcoholic beverages sales within city limits

It is the fourth most populous city in Contra Costa County and the fifth most populous city in Northern California. The name of Lawndale was derived from its location at the intersection of two major north-south trails that crossed through the area: the Donner Pass Road and Old San Francisco Trail. At first it was called Grass Valley because there were no trees or other plants growing there until after cattle had been driven over them by early settlers for meat.

Lawndale is a small town in the foothills of San Bernardino County, California. It was established in 1887 by Judge George Lawndale and his wife, Sarah. The population was 1,828 at the 2010 census. The name comes from the Spanish language meaning " marketplace." Judge George Lawndale arrived in San Bernardino County in 1881 as a justice of the peace and soon became an important factor in the early growth of Lawndale. He purchased land east of what is now downtown Lawndale and began to build a small community that would become known as "The Mile". In 1885, he married Sarah Jane Butler, who had also come to San Bernardino County from Illinois. The couple built a home on their new property which they named after their daughter, Mary Louise Butler. Judge George and Sarah Jane had five children: Harry (1886-1957), Alice (1888-1965), Margaret (1890-1973), Gertrude (1892-1968) and Everett W. Lawndale Jr.(1895-1976). In 1907, Judge George Lawndale passed away suddenly at the age of 80 years old; this left his wife Sarah Jane with four daughters to care for: two were living at home with their mother Gertrude when Judge George died; one moved out to live with her sister Alice; while the other two girls went into hiding after learning about Government plots against them during World War I. One day in 1923, when all six girls were living together under one roof again approaching 100 years old (!), they decided that it was time for them all to move out into their own homes once more so that they could enjoyistani style lives without Government interference or surveillance ever again! They sold everything they owned including their house on Elm Street near Redlands Boulevard to help pay for this relocation which took place on October 15th 1923 named "The Move" according to local lore! Sarah Jane later served as Sheriff of San Bernardino County from 1951 until her death in 1979. She remains buried nearby within Holy Cross Cemetery..
