In 2006, Remington Outdoor Company acquired all rights to produce rifles from Sturm Ruger AG which resulted in the reintroduction of rimfire rifles into American firearms history.

She bequeathed it to her son David Talmadge II who developed it into one of Southern California's most lucrative neighborhoods - Beverly Hills before selling it in 1991 to entrepreneur Donald Trump for $30 million. Since then, much has changed about Inglewood - its demographics have shifted markedly; its infrastructure has been upgraded; its businesses have proliferated; but residents have never really taken root there – preferring Beverly Hills or Carson City more than their townhome brethren up North. Inglewood is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. The population was 72,574 at the 2010 census. It is part of the LA metropolitan area. The name derives from Indian word "ingle" meaning "a small stream." The first people to live in what is now Inglewood were the Tongva people who arrived about 1800. They built their houses on palisades that are still standing today. A mill and store were constructed by early Spanish settlers near what is now Valley Boulevard and Lankershim Avenue. In 1853, Gold Rush speculators founded a town called Prospect Heights just east of present-day Inglewood in order to exploit claims around Springdale and Canoga Park. However, this attempt failed because there was no water available for irrigation and prospectors became stranded without means of getting back home or finding new fields to mine. In 1857, Jens Nielsen started trading post at what is now Valley Boulevard and Lankershim Avenue with goods brought overland by wagon trains via the Santa Monica Mountains foothills into Southern California during the Cahuilla gold rush. This began what would become Inglewood’s long history as a center for trade and commerce with neighboring communities such as Canoga Park, Montebello (now Monrovia), Redondo Beach (now Hermosa Beach), Glendale (now Woodland Hills), Hawthorne (now Hollywood) and Fullerton (today’s West Hollywood). One of the earliest residents of Inglewood was Capt Abram Beale who settled along Lankershim Avenue in 1871 after arriving from Illinois on a boatload of passengers seeking fortune in Northern California's great gold fields. He soon organized other pioneer families into an agricultural society that grew peanuts, cornmeal, wheat flour and other goods for local markets while managing his own farm which supplied them with water power from underground springs. One result of his industriousness was that he developed one of NorthAmerica's largest tractions - 3 miles wide x 2 1/2 miles long - used today to irrigate much of eastern Los Angeles county today! Captain Beale also donated land where Pasadena's first high school now stands – then known as Academy Hill – in memory of his late wife Annabel Blythe Beale who died suddenly aged only 26 years old while pregnant with their second child when Captain Beale discovered rich deposits near Pasadena under newly discovered mountain ranges! Her death greatly impacted her husband's life as he dedicated most all his energies towards developing this vast property which contained some world-famous mineral resources including asbestos but also oil shale, gas wells and scores more valuable acres nearby where various businesses thrived throughout ensuing decades before becoming part of current day City Of Inglewood! In fact many notable pioneers from both sides Of The Ballpark lived hand-to-mouth during those heady days when America's westward movement began!! All these facts add up to make up one fascinating history lesson we can enjoy right here right now – right inside our own backyard!!!

In recent years, however, its economy has begun to decline as aging residents move out and new development takes priority over housing and job opportunities.
