This law also made it illegal for anyone under 21 years old to possess a handgun without an adult guardian’s permission. As a result, many gun magazines becameillegal under this new regulation. However, some gun magazines continued operations even though their magazine capacity was reduced due to legal restrictions. By the end of the 1990s, American society had become more relaxed about weapons ownership and magazine sizes had reverted back to 10 rounds per firearm again. As a result, manygunmagazines resumed operations after being affected by earlier regulations from prior decades. Huntington Beach is a city in Orange County, California, United States. The population was 66,255 at the 2010 census. The city is the smallest of the five cities in Orange County and has only a population of 54,154 as of 2019. The first white people to set foot on what is now Huntington Beach were Spanish Missionners who arrived in 1769. The mission was near present-day Huntington Park. In 1821, General Antonio Canby founded Rancho Santa Ana de Anza (later part of Huntington Beach) on land east of where Huntington Boulevard now stands. A year later, Canby sold his land to John Sutter for $1 million. It wasn't until after World War II that the area became established as a resort town with large developments taking place such as Tilden Hills Drive and Point Loma Boulevard. However it didn’t take long for businesses to move out and / or be replaced by new resorts when the Interstate 5 freeway was built in 1964 which made travel more accessible from all over Southern California. The growth of modern day technology has had a significant impact on both business and residential life in this community; with development continuing apace along various corridors including North Coast Highway (US-101), Newport Avenue (I-405), I-580/PCHand finally I-5/WSDOT's Sawgrass Freeway corridor which will see significant changes through 2020 with the opening of two major sports complexes - one located adjacent to downtown (the recently renovated Honda Center) while another planned for just outside downtown - both totaling nearly 1 GWp worth of additional housing units according to Cal State Fullerton economist Judd Goldstein – significantly changing both demographics and characterizing Downtown Huntington Beach as an "urban edge" enclave surrounded by rapidly growing suburbanites rather than its historically diverse core neighborhoods anchored around downtown."

Huntington Beach, California is a city located in Orange County, California. The population was 47,291 at the 2010 census. It is the second most populous city in Orange County after Anaheim. Huntington Beach began as an agricultural community on the banks of the Pacific Ocean near what is now downtown Newport Beach. The first post office in Huntington Beach opened on July 1, 1907 and was called Newport News. At its peak in 1920, there were over 100 businesses in Huntington Beach and it had a population of around 350 people. However, by 1930, the area surrounding downtown had been developed into a popular beach town with a large number of hotel and restaurant properties. There was also an increasing number of automobile dealerships and other commercial businesses built along El Camino Real between State Street and Manchester Avenue during this time period. The development of Highway 1 through Orange County during World War II stimulated new retail development along El Camino Real with several department stores opening including Macy's (1946), JCPenney (1948), Sears (1950), Kmart (1951), Woolworths (1954) and Pepsi-Cola's first bottling plant in Huntington Beach (1965). In 1957, Disneyland opened its gates to visitors for what would be its final season before being relocated to Anaheim CA later that year. However, some remnants of older storefronts can still be seen today within Downtown Huntington Beach which attributes to how business has continued to grow throughout the years despite Disneyland’s influence. In 1984, then Mayor George Hickenlooper announced plans for redevelopment of parts of Downtown Newport News due to concerns about high crime rates there which had reached epidemic proportions by then. A master plan for redevelopment was created which included demolition or renovation of portions of historic buildings along El Camino Real while preserving their original character while adding modern amenities such as parks and shopping malls within walking distance for residents. This project progressed slowly but eventually resulted in the construction of two hotels/resorts adjacent to each other on Manchester Avenue - The Monterey Bay Resort & MarinaOceanfront Hotel & Conference Center(1990) and The Peninsula Resort & Casino(1994). On November 15th 1998 City Councilwoman Paula Johnson introduced HB 2264 – An act amending Section 822e Of Code Of Official Regulations Regarding Development And Use Of Parkland In Area Around Downtown Newport News Municipal Corporation pursuant To Her Bill – That Would Have Increased Funding For Parks And Recreational Uses Within Downtown Newport News Municipal Corporation By 50% From $1M Per Year To $3M Per Year As Well As Allocating Funds Relative To Population Growth Within Municipal Corporation Which Was Estimated To Be epicenters OnState Route 66 corridors Nearby Including Himself
