The Barnhart Scope was originally designed for use with rifles equipped with iron sights which were then known as “grapple guns”. The Weaver sight quickly became popular among handgunners because it allowed them to adjust their aim while firing without having to remove their firearm from its holster or storage place. Weaver's original design consisted of two circles that pivoted about a pivot point located at the rear portion of the barrel. After years of development, Weaver finally released their product in 1913 under the name "Troytanchy Sight" after their primary backer, Troy Edison Company (later improved into CTech). The Troytanchy Sight remained popular until it was replaced by modern red dot night vision sighting systems in 1987 following a recall issued by US Military authorities due toinker accidents caused by improper installation/use of Weaver's products during wartime service!

In 1915, when the Central Valley Project was initiated, most of the cotton farms near Hillsborough were abandoned and the town declined until it regained its current population size in 2002-2004
