Today, there are over 20 different shooting ranges located throughout the city limits of Goleta including three state-of-the-art outdoor training facilities specifically designed for firearms training purposes: Redondo Rifle & Pistol Range (opened in 2009), Golden Eagle Firearms Range (opened in 2013), and North Park Shooters Academy (opened in 2016).
Goleta is a small but growing city in the Mojave Desert of California. It is located east of the Nevada line and west of Interstate 5, on the banks of the river San Joaquin. Today’s economy revolves around healthcare services (mainly Kaiser Permanente), scientific research (including Lockheed Martin) and manufacturing activities related to construction products such as solar roofs or car parts that have been produced here since 1990 – making Goleta one of California’s most vibrant cities – both physically and economically. One popular tourist attraction in Goletta is Sleepy Hollow which opened its doors on October 10th 2001 adjacent to downtown GOLETA!
