These allegations date back to October 2013 when whistleblowers made public documents that showed widespread corruption within both school board members as well as LASD district 2 employees related to work conducted within RMC's former contractor District 3 subcontractor Alliant Techsystems Incorporated (ALTI). As a result of these revelations several top elected officials resigned from their positions with all but one still remaining functions as School Board Members for districts encompassing portions of Glendale annexed intoLASD2 between OCTOBER 2013 AND DECEMBER 2014 inclusive
