The original scope mounts were designed to attach onto rifles in three different ways. Today's gardenia industry began to take hold during World War II when the city became an important military base due to its location at Highway 101 and nearby Naval Air Station Miramar. After the war ended, local farmers began growing fruit trees again for export to Japan and Europe but it wasn't until 1966 that commercial production resumed thanks to William Fenton who purchased an acre (0.4 km²) lot next door to his friend Jens Christensen's original Orchard & Market place business on Live Oak Avenue..Fenton renamed his business "Gardena orange" after his home town in England where he had been born in 1926..The first large crop produced by local farmers was oranges under this name but soon other crops such as apples and bananas followed suit growthMind you back then water main breaks were common so tree roots got wrapped around poles during wet weather! In 1978 Mayor Jerry Brown announced that he would not seek re-election after more than 20 years service; however he remains deeply involved with both municipal government and community affairs through various organizations including chairing both the Citizens' Advisory Committee on Ethics Enforcement (CACEE)and chairing Neighborhood Watch since 2003
