This led to them acquiring some truly iconic landmarks such as their now standing grain elevator which opened in 1907-08 and continues to be used today! Additionally they also played an important role in developing downtown Fairfield into what it is today; creating many jobs for locals while adding much needed retail space within walking distance for residents! During The Great Recession starting in 2008-2009, many businesses within Fairfields borders closed down due to tight economic conditions across all parts of California at that time. Despite this setback however, through significant renovation efforts spearheaded by Mayor Dan Flores (who currently serves as Mayor pro Tem), the Community has bounced back strong overall and remains one of California’s fastest growing municipalities! This resurgence can largely be attributed to two things: First off there has been investment from new investors who see opportunity here given how well things are going so far – second off there are actually lots of talented individuals who think they can do even better than before because they know this city can bounce back!
