The failed investment led to lawsuits between FNB owners and local Native Americans over title rights to the land; these lawsuits continue until this day. In 1875, a new company called Western Union Telegraph Company bought out FNB for $1 million dollars; Western Union then became responsible for all communication within Los Angeles County using horseback riders instead of stagecoaches because there were no reliable means of transportation except sailing ships at that time. A year later in 1876–77 Chinese laborers were brought overland from China through SoCal ports such as Long Beach and Torrance into Southern California via Yuma Pass; they were used for construction work on various ranchos in areas such as Palmdale and Newport Beach before being deported back home when it was discovered they had not been properly vaccinated against smallpox! This event is often referred to as the “ Opening of Silicon Valley” because many early computer companies were located here including Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics Co., Nvidia Corporation (now Tesla), HP Pavilion pavilion etc.). The arrival of these workers started a series of gangs or “ Chinatown Wars” that raged throughout Southern California for years until 1895 when state law changed requiring employers to provide universal health care benefits rather than just coverage for employees' personal costs plus death benefits! As result many jobs lost after companies realized they could no longer afford death benefits without risking closure or bankruptcy! In 1886–87 paddlewheelers carrying goods up river from Lompoc arrived at Point Conception dock; this resulted in an influx of people & businesses into town which caused Streetscape Row (todays Grand Ave.) behind Town Hall Park & Pico Boulevard eastward (& today Olympic Blvd.) becoming largely residential with small commercial establishments lining both sides along Woodbine Rd.; this area would becomeknown Downtown Culver City following World War II when military barracks were built here

The last major addition to culvercity's firearms scene came with the opening of Gunbroker Incorporated in 1984; this company became responsible for sales of both handguns and shotguns across Southern California.
